The fans are mounted in a push/pull construction and provide enormous cooling power despite the low speed of maximum 800 rpm. The proven Kaze Flex series uses closed liquid bearings (Sealed Precision FDB) and thus guarantees a long service life of 120,000 hours (MTTF) as well as particularly quiet running. The design of the heat sink is designed for high compatibility, which supports even LGA 2066 motherboards with eight RAM slots. Six nickel-plated 6-millimeter copper heat pipes, a nickel-plated copper base plate and the black anodized top plate underline the high-quality workmanship.
