Rusan Q-R adapter for devices with thread M52x0.75 - 56 mm

The Rusan adapter has a thread M52x0.75 (for use with Pulsar, Dedal, Yahnke, Lahoux and other devices). The adapter can be combined with a matching reduction ring and used on many other devices.
