Alphacool Core RX 9070 XT Nitro+ with Backplate Alphacool presents the new graphics card water coolers for the latest AMD Radeon RX generation. They are part of the Core product series and combine top quality with exceptional performance. Thanks to an optimized technical design, these GPU coolers deliver outstanding cooling performance.At the center of the cooler is a copper water block milled from a single piece and complemented by a precisely manufactured brass terminal with a nylon cover. A chrome plating makes the copper water block more resistant and provides a smoother and shinier surface than conventional nickel plating.The visual design of the GPU water cooler has only been slightly changed. A particular highlight is the newly added Core emblem above the jet plate, emphasizing its belonging to the Core series and enhancing the design visually. The series continues to rely on premium brass fittings that guarantee optimal quality and safety. The specially fitted aluminum backplate covers the entire backside of the copper cooler, providing a clean and uniform appearance. The acrylic, in combination with the aRGB lighting, enables even and impressive illumination of the entire cooler.Technically, the GPU water cooler has been completely revised. To optimize cooling performance, the clearances between the cooler and the PCB components have been redefined and tested. The water flow has been simulated with state-of-the-art software and checked in practical tests. These extensive tests made it possible to improve the cooler base and the nozzle to ensure the best possible cooling performance for the new AMD Radeon RX generation.
