Exhibition catalogue of Yinka Shonibare CBE's latest works which centre on legacies of colonial power, refuge and migration. "Suspended States" reveals Yinka Shonibare CBE's latest installations, sculptures, pictorial quilts, and woodcut prints. The works explore central themes of legacies of colonial power, sites of refuge, and shelter. They explore conflicts and related migration, and conversations on public sculptures and their significance in our cities.
