Our Knowledge Publishing The Development and Professional Identity of the Trainer of Trainers

The work of Dr. Sílvia Matsuoka de Oliveira analyzes the professional development of Teacher Trainers in teacher training centers, based on the various relationships that these professionals establish with the functions determined by the Public Policy for Continuing Education of Basic Education Professionals. She highlights the mediation of trainers with teachers during the continuing education process as the most important professional skill for trainers, as well as the acquisition of knowledge about adult learning as the differentiating factor between the professions of teacher and teacher trainer.
