The cuplex kryos NEXT from Aquacomputer represents a new milestone in the development of CPU water coolers. The areas of cooling performance, assembly and functionality have been perfected here. Through an integrated flat nozzle in the cooler housing, the coolant flows in the middle of the extremely fine microstructure of the cooler base and thus sets new standards for cooling performance. The radiator base is made of nickel, the housing is made of white acetal with an anodized aluminum cover. The mounting system is made of solid stainless steel sheet 2.5mm thick. The nickel-plated spring cups are pressed in here. By attaching the cooler to the mainboard with knurled screws and springs, the mounting system is visually very tidy due to the low height. The bracket has a defined stop for optimal contact pressure and force distribution. With the cuplex kryos NEXT for socket 2011, 2066, AM4 and TR4, no additional backplate is required, as this is already part of the mainboard processor socket. The cooler comes with the excellent thermal paste from Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut 0.5 grams. It was specially developed for extremely large CPU DIEs and fully covers processors such as the AMD Threadripper but also the AMD Ryzen CPUs. The next generation - The Alphacool Eisblock Aurora water cooler for Geforce RTX 4XXX graphics cards. In order to dissipate the enormous heat of this graphics card generation in the best possible way, numerous optimizations have been made to the water cooler compared to the previous model. The fin structure was adapted and enables a very good water flow while increasing the cooling surface. The modified jet plate with improved inflow engine ensures an optimal distribution of the water on the cooling fins. Technical Highlights The fin structure of this Eisblock cooler generation was developed together with Nvidia board partners. The fin thickness is 0.4 mm, the distance between the cooling fins is 0.4 mm. This ensures a very good water flow while increasing the cooling surface. The jet plate has a revised inlay that spreads the water pressure better over the fins thus optimizing the heat absorption. The adjusted water inflow gives the water a better angle of inflow. Chrome-plated copper The cooler is made entirely of chrome-plated copper. A chrome plating is much harder than a nickel plating and therefore less sensitive to acids, scratches and damage. It completely eliminates the risk of chipping nickel plating. Additionally, chrome plating looks much more homogeneous and provides a shine that cannot be achieved by nickel plating. Chrome-plated coolers have previously only been used in the industrial sector in areas where extreme influences act on the coolers. Design The Aurora design of the Geforce RTX 4XXX Eisblock generation is visually calmer and simpler. Only one O-ring runs around the entire cooler. The design around the cooling fins and jetplate makes for a cleaner look. The illumination of the digitally addressable RGB LEDs is even better distributed throughout the cooler as a result of the chrome plating. The terminal's design is in line with the classic Aurora design. Thermal paste & thermal pads The included thermal compound is Alphacool's Subzero. With a thermal conductivity of 16 W/mK, it is one of the highest performing thermal pastes on the market. The electrically non-conductive thermal compund is particularly well suited for high contact pressures, but can still be processed perfectly due to its viscosity of 850000 TF. Alphacool Soft Pads with 1mm thickness are used on the voltage converter and the graphics memory. The thermal conductivity of the pads is 7 W/mK. The pads for the back of the PCB are 3mm thick and have a thermal conductivity of 3 W/mK. Eisblock XPX Aurora CPU Cooler Alphacool's Eisblock XPX Aurora CPU water cooler offers the highest performance and impresses with its outstanding quality. The patented ramp system ensures optimal water flow within the cooler as water is forced evenly through the jet plate. 81 cooling fins are distributed on the CPU cooler base, occupying an area of 34 x 32mm and thus accommodating the ever-growing CPU DIEs. The Aurora design in combination with the 15 addressable digital aRGB LEDs provides many options for outstanding CPU water cooler illumination. The included mounting hardware makes the CPU cooler compatible with popular mainstream sockets from AMD and Intel. Core 100 Aurora Reservoir & VPP Apex Pump The Core reservoir combines performance with design. The reservoir tube is made of acrylic, while the D5/VPP pump top and lid are made of acetal. The combination of these two materials gives the expansion tank a subtle appearance. The wow effect is provided by 12 digitally addressable RGB LEDs in the pump top and the Lighttower water effect inside the acrylic tube. The Apex VPP is a powerful pump that is compatible with the most popular D5/VPP tops and reservoirs. The pump's speed can be read out via the 4-pin fan connector and controlled via PWM signal. The Apex VPP is supplied with power via a SATA connector. NexXxoS XT45 Full Copper 360mm Radiator V.2 All water-bearing parts and the cooling fins are made of pure copper. Thus, the NexXxoS XT45 achieves the highest thermal conductivity value of all radiators on the market and can easily dissipate extremely high waste heat. The radiator has two IN or OUT connections with G1/4" threads in the pre-chamber area. On the opposite side is a fill or vent port, which can be used to fill and drain the water loop. Rise Aurora 120mm fans The fans can be controlled from 0 to 2500 rpm via the 4-pin PWM connector. At 800 rpm, the fan is nearly silent, but still offers good airflow (118.9 m3/h) coupled with high static pressure (3.17mm/H2O). In addition to a wide control range, the Rise fan also offers superior digital aRGB lighting. The frame and hub feature 20 digitally addressable 5V RGB LEDs that illuminate the entire fan. AlphaTube HF 13/10mm tubing & HF G1/4" quick connect coupling The clear 13/10mm hose made of PVC offers comfortable handling when routing and connecting water cooling components. It has good routing and kinking characteristics and allows uncomplicated bridging of tight bend radii. The HF quick-connect coupling included in the scope of delivery allows easy integration of further components at a later date without having to drain or rebuild the water loop. Eiszapfen 13/10mm G1/4" Connections All the requirements for a connection are met here: Highflow, shape, machining and coloring.
