If UV-reactive water is used, the cathode tube will create a strong glow from the inside of the reservoir, making for a unique effect that really impresses. The base and top are made entirely of acetal, but are covered with aluminium caps for an elegant look. The aluminium caps do not come in contact with the water, of course. The installation options are considerable, with three G1/4 threads in both the bottom and top. The bottom also has two extra G1/4 connection points. This gives you lots of options for positioning your reservoir. You'll also receive two different installation sets. One of them is well-known from the Eisbecher series - the aluminium brackets that lock flush with the top and bottom of the Eisbecher and provide the option of mounting on a radiator. This requires a 240 or 280mm radiator or a larger equivalent, such as a 360 or 420mm. The alternative installation set is a clip bracket, made up of two clips which are fastened to the case with one screw each. The Alphacool ES Distro Plates provide order in the system and facilitate the exchange of components in conjunction with quick-release fasteners. They offer extensive mounting options and are the ideal foundation for any enterprise system that is to be equipped with water cooling. Mounting options The ES Distro Plates can be mounted in many ways. The easiest and fastest variant is the mounting via the included self-adhesive Velcro. One side is glued stuck dirrectly to the Distro Plate, the other side to any place in the case. After that, you can simply put the Distro Plate on the Velcro. Alongside the Velcro, special feet and mounting frames are included to provide multiple installation options. With the mounting accessories, the Distro Plate can be mounted to any 120 or 140 mm fan space. The included feet also offer many mounting options, including a vertical mounting option on a single foot. Various threaded holes on the sides and back of the ES Distro Plate offer more direct mounting options, including customized holes for special mounting rails in Alphacool's server racks. Connection options The ES Distro Plate C5 has a total of 22 connection options in G1/4 format with 5mm deep threads. There are 5 connections on each long side, 10 on the top side and one connection thread on each front side. However, it is important to note that all connections are in pairs. So you can only use the top or the side connection. The excpetion are the ports with 3 sides. Here, only the lateral, upper or the connection on the front side can be used. The exact options are illustrated in the instructions. This configuration makes it very easy to connect all components in the water circuit to the Distro Plate. Of course, several ES Distro Plates can also be connected in series. Why an ES Distro Plate? Especially in narrow server cases, it is essential to allow a clean setup of the water cooling. If you draw the cooling loop beforehand, you will quickly find the ideal place for the Distro Plate. An ideal place is when all hoses can be laid as straight as possible, bending tubing too tightly should be avoided where possible. If components are to be replaced, the use of Alphacool ES quick connectors with external thread is recommended. This way, all components in the loop can be mounted directly to the Distro Plate with quick connectors. This makes the replacement of, for example, one or more radiators very quickly possible. Additional or larger radiators can also be easily integrated or replaced. EK-Quantum Vector FE RTX 3080 Backplate - Black is a CNC machined retention backplate made from black anodized aluminum for the EK-Quantum Vector FE RTX 3080 - Special Edition water block. The backplate covers the backside of the graphics card's PCB and serves as an aesthetic add-on. It provides additional passive cooling for the GPU core and rear of the printed circuit board VRM section. The Lian Li O11D Mini Front MK2 is made of high-quality and transparent acrylic glass, consists of a large chamber and 5 channels. As befits a distro plate, it allows all radiators, as well as GPU and CPU to be connected to each other in the circuit. For this purpose, 12 ports (incl. fill port & drain port) are available. The MK2 replaces the original front panel. The screw points provided by Lian Li can be used for fixing. For compatibility of the Distro Plate with radiators, please note that only (!) "EKWB SE360 (2x)" & "EKWB SE240 (1x)" can be used. In addition to the screw set for fixing the Distro Plate to the housing, the scope of delivery includes a specially developed D5 adapter (WITHOUT PUMP!). The Alphacool Eisbaer Pro Aurora offers a much larger cooling surface than the normal Eisbaer Aurora. It was specially developed for extremely large CPU DIEs and fully covers processors such as the AMD Threadripper but also the AMD Ryzen CPUs. The Eisbaer Pro has also been designed for the Intel Socket 3647 to ensure the best possible cooling performance of the entire CPU. The Eisbaer Pro Aurora is a true multi-talent. Expandable, fully compatible with DIY water cooling components and it is the optimal solution for the most powerful processors on the market. Large cooling surface The cold plate bottom covers the entire surface of the respective processors. The area of the cooling fins exceeds all known processor cores with an area of around 55 x 42mm. This ensures that all hotspots of a CPU are directly covered and thus optimally cooled. With the included AM4 bracket, cooling an AMD Ryzen processor is also child's play. The cooling fins are 0.4mm thick and also have an optimal distance of 0.4mm between them. In total there are 58 cooling fins on the bottom of the cooler. The bottom of the cooler is only 3mm thick, which allows the heat to reach the water and be dissipated as quickly as possible. Pump The Eisbaer Pro Aurora cooler uses the very compact and small DC-LT 2 pump. It offers enough power to integrate other components such as a GPU water cooler or radiator into the water circuit. Lighting The entire Eisbaer Pro Aurora cooler is equipped with addressable, digital RGB LEDs. This makes it a real eye-catcher in the case. Of course, all digital RGB LEDs can be controlled as desired. Depending on the controller, almost all effects are possible.
