The Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra was optimized for highest performance and optimal usability. The thermal compound consists to 100% of metal, but can be applied very easy with a commercial brush. The processor (Heatspreader) should be cleaned thoroughly before apply the Liquid Ultra, in order to eliminate dirt, old thermal compound or fat. Warning: Please note that you can’t use the Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra with a contact area of aluminum, as it corrodes aluminum. The heatspreader of actual processors consists of nickel-plated copper, not of aluminum. Advice: The application on copper surfaces is a bit easier than on nickel-plated ones, but possible is both. The nickel-plated filler neck in the colour shiny silver from Bitspower is used when coolant is filled into the cooling circuit from the top of the housing. To do this, cut a small opening in the housing, place the connection through the hole or on the edge of the hole and screw it on from the other side with the screw ring. The filler neck can be connected to the cooling circuit via a normal G1/4" female thread connection. After filling, the upper side should be sealed with a sealing plug. The None Chamfer Brass Hard Tube in white from Bitspower, is made of brass. With this durable tube, as well as the stylish color, high-quality and unique water cooling can be created. As with other Hard Tubes, the tube can be cut or bent for the WaKü. The latter however with tube bending tool and for experienced hobbyists. As a rule, the None Chamfer does not need to be reworked when it is cut. The tube measures 300mm in length, 16mm in outer diameter and 14.6mm in inner diameter. It has a wall thickness of 0.7mm and is therefore very stable. C47, C48 and the ML series from Bitspower are compatible as connectors.
