Tegemist on esimese Roccati klaviatuuriga, millel on Roccat Titan lülitid. Need nullist arendatud lülitid on loodud mänguritele, kes naudivad kiired ja täpseid klahvivajutusi, mis annavad samas mõnusa tagasiside. Metallist plaat annab Vulcanile selle tugevuse ning kaitseb seda põrutuste ja kukkumiste eest, samas on ka klaviatuuri klahvid tolmukindlad. Uus tehnoloogia Uued Titan lülitid on Vulcan'i au ja uhkus. Need toovad mehaaniliste klaviatuuride maailmasse täiesti uue hingamise. Titan lülititel on vaikne 3,6 mm tööraadius ning struktuurne korpus, mis vähendab vajutamisel tekkivat loperdamist. Samuti on neis vähendatud elektrilise kontakti põrkumine, nii et tarkvara tunnetab lülitusi 20% kiiremini. Üheskoos Vulcani ülikergete klahvidega (50% kergemad kui standardkklahvid) on klaviatuuril klõbistamine eriti sujuv ja täpne. Loodud kestma Vulcan on konstrueeritud anodeeritud alumiiniumist, mis hoiab seda justkui uuena ka peale tuhandeid mängutunde ning lisaks on selle klahvid disainitud just nii, et nende puhtana hoidmine pole mingi tüli. Klahvid lööb särama klassikaline sinine valgustus, mis on seadistatav iga klahvi kohta eraldi ning aitab klahve pimedas lihtsalt tuvastada. Kõigi oluliste klahvide kõrval ei puudu muidugi Vulcan 80 klahvikomplektist multimeediaklahvid.
