The Inter-Tech 4U-4408L is a 4U rackmount storage enclosure for professional server, NAS, backup, virtualization and data center applications. It combines a high drive capacity with extensive expansion options and a cooling system designed for efficient continuous operation. In the front area, the case has eight hot-swap bays that accommodate both 2.5- and 3.5-inch drives and enable tool-free replacement during operation. This is complemented by an additional 2.5-inch hot-swap slot on the back, which is suitable for the operating system or as a cache drive, for example.
