The tempered glass on the front and side puts your high-end build in the spotlight—ready to receive true admiration. With the LUCA L70, you’re perfectly equipped to assemble your gaming PC exactly as you wish. This midi-tower offers more than enough space to keep your hardware cool, and is also extremely easy to take apart and put back together. Building your high-end setup has never been so easy! Comprehensive cooling options for your new build When building your own PC, cooling is one of the most important factors to consider. The LUCA L70 allows the installation of up to nine fans: two 120 mm or 140 mm fans on the top, three 120 mm or 140 mm fans on the side, three 120 mm or 140 mm fans on the bottom, and one 120 mm fan at the rear. Note that with this combination, the power supply unit must be mounted on the top of the case. If you prefer mounting the PSU on the bottom, three fans can be installed on the top and only one on the bottom. Water cooling enthusiasts will also not be disappointed: radiators up to 420 mm can be installed in several locations. If the power supply is on the top, only a 240 mm radiator is possible there and a maximum 360 mm radiator on the bottom. If you mount the PSU at the bottom, there is room for a 420 mm radiator on the top as well as on the side. To prevent unnecessary dust buildup inside the case, there are dust filters on the top and bottom. This ensures a much longer lifespan for your hardware and saves you time and annoying cleaning. Thanks to the many options for installing fans and radiators, effective cooling is ensured so your high-end hardware always performs at its peak. In addition, the tower stands 4 mm above the ground on X-shaped legs, which further improves airflow. Case for powerful hardware So you can play even the most demanding games smoothly at high settings, the LUCA L70 accommodates a high-performance graphics card up to 460 mm in length. An included GPU bracket ensures it’s not subject to gravity. Vertical GPU installation is also possible—appropriate accessories must be purchased separately. The midi-tower is compatible with motherboards up to E-ATX with a width of up to 280 mm. To avoid cable clutter, it also supports motherboards with back-facing connectors when the PSU is on top, but only in ATX or micro-ATX format. The CPU height must not exceed 170 mm, and the power supply should be no longer than 190 mm. For plenty of storage for your programs and games, you can attach up to nine 2.5-inch drives to the side of the LUCA L70. Tool-free assembly and disassembly To make installing and swapping hardware as easy as possible, the LUCA L70 is fully modular. The front, side, and other parts can be taken apart and reassembled without any additional tools, plus the motherboard tray can be moved so you can install the motherboard, CPU, and CPU cooler independently.
The EPDM tube from Alphacool's Enterprise Solutions series is characterised by its high resistance to acids, alkalis and external influences and has exceptional longevity compared to conventional PVC tubes. The matt black hose with its discreet velvet look will quickly become an eye-catcher in any water-cooled PC.What is the advantage of EPDM?Compared to commercially available PVC tubing, the EPDM tube from Alphacool is significantly more temperature resistant and enables working temperatures far above 100 °C. Even at higher water temperatures, the EPDM Tube remains dimensionally stable and prevents the hose from warping at points with tighter bending radii or connections. The risk of the water loop leaking or the water flow being obstructed is thus eliminated. The high resistance to external influences makes the Alphacool EPDM tube extremely durable and long-lasting.MountingThe Alphacool EPDM tube is slightly more dimensionally stable compared to a PVC tube. Nevertheless, it has an excellent pliability as well as flexibility for an effortless assembly even with tighter bending radii.FittingsThe EPDM tube can be used with all tube fittings (in the appropriate size) from the Alphacool Eiszapfen or HF series.
