Dank des VIA Chipsatzes unterstützt dieses Festplattengehäuse SuperSpeed USB mit bis zu 10 Gbps Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit. Somit kann die volle SATA 6 Gb/s Übertragungsrate der Festplatte ausgenutzt werden. Über eine am Gehäuse verbaute USB Type-C Buchse wird das externe Gehäuse mit einem PC oder Notebook verbunden. Das beiliegende USB Type-C zu USB Typ-A Kabel ermöglicht den Anschluss an eine freie USB Typ-A Buchse.
