The memory is FIPS 197 certified and Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant, and organizations can use Kingston's personalization program to personalize and configure the VP50 series using a product ID (PID) to integrate with standard point management software endpoints to meet corporate IT and cybersecurity requirements. SMBs can use the administrator role to manage drives locally, such as setting up or resetting user passwords or one-time recovery passwords for employees, recovering access to data on locked drives, and complying with laws and regulations in the event of an investigation.
