The Adder CATX-CONSOLE is a Computer Access Module cable. Computer Access Modules are used in conjunction with the Adder CATx KVM and Extender products to connect to a range of machine types. Computer Access Modules (CAM's) allow the user to connect multiple different machine platforms to an Adder CATx switch or KVM extender. Using the CAM's you can control Windows machines, SUN PC's and MAC's over the same switch or connect via an extender. Multiple configurations are available for the Adder CAM including USB, PS/2, audio, VGA etc. New to the CAM range is the CATX-CONSOLE serial CAM, giving you serial connectivity to your target machines. Serial interfaces can be used for server control or power control where serial configuration is available.
