To operate the heater, a laptop/smartphone charger with a power output of at least 65 watts and a USB Type-C connector is required, which is not included! A small amount of thermal paste is also needed. Warning notices: The CPU should be heated to 165°C for delidding with the Intel 1851 Delid-Die-Mate V1 (the melting point of indium is 157°C), so that the indium liquefies for removing the heatspreader. This minimizes mechanical stress on the chip and avoids damage. Otherwise, there is a high risk that the CPU may be damaged during delidding.
