The starter kit consists of an 18V 4.0 Ah PLUS Power X-Change battery and a 3A fast charger. Fewer cells with unchanged power—that’s what EINHELL PLUS technology stands for. Thanks to the latest cell technology, Power X-Change PLUS batteries are more compact and lighter. The smaller design convinces with easy handling in use. This system is part of EINHELL’s multifunctional and unlimitedly combinable Power X-Change battery system. Power X-Change batteries can be used universally and supply all cordless battery devices across the entire product family in the garden and workshop. Also, the chargers from the series can be used universally for all PXC batteries. The advantages are obvious: with one battery and one charger for all devices, you don’t just save significant costs on purchase. The universal range of use protects the environment while also offering flexibility in the home and garden. There’s no clutter or chaos with different batteries and chargers for each individual device. The high-quality battery, without memory effect and without battery-typical self-discharge, provides constant, high power. The 18V 4.0 Ah PLUS Power X-Change is the ideal base battery in the Power X-Change family and is also suitable for use in TWIN-PACK applications with 36V systems. The housing is resistant to dust, corrosion, and mechanical influences thanks to its design. Using the carrying recess, the battery can be removed easily from all devices again. The fast charger is compactly designed and therefore needs little space; thanks to the integrated hanging eyelets, wall mounting is also possible. The fast charging technology ensures short charging times. Ready to go: the 4.0 Ah PLUS battery is ready for use after just 75 minutes. If the battery remains in the charger longer, it is gently charged up to 100%. For optimal charging and maximum safety, the battery is continuously monitored by intelligent charging management. The Refresh mode makes it possible to reactivate deeply discharged batteries. All current information is provided via the 6-fold status LED display.
