The Nitecore NU35 headlamp has a maximum output of 460 lumens from the Cree XP-G3 S3 LED. The light gives the option of a dual power source with a built-in 590mAh li-ion battery, or use 3 x AAA cells. Please note, when AAA batteries are inserted the headtorch will give priority to using them over the built-in cell. The dual power sources mean the NU35 can have a runtime of up to 10 hours on the high mode, with 4 hours from the built-in battery and an additional 6 when using AAA cells. The li-ion battery is rechargeable via USB-C, simply plug the included charging cable into the port on the side of the light. The NU35 has a primary white light which provides a smooth flood beam, ideal for search and rescue, maintenance, emergency, construction and walking. The headlamp also features an auxiliary red and high CRI white light to increase the versatility of the light, making it suitable for wildlife observation, camping and night photography. Featuring such a range of brightness levels and outputs, the NU35 has a simple user interface made up of two switches on top of the headlamp with a physical protection to avoid accidental activation. The new Nitecore HC33 is the most powerful head torch in our range with a staggering output of 1800 lumens. Utilising a Cree XHP35 HD LED with a lifespan of 50,000 hours the HC33 puts out an incredible amount of light from a small and lightweight headlamp. Please note: The HC33 can be powered by an 18650 battery, however it MUST have an output of 8A or higher. Operating Instructions On / Off Turn on: When the light is off, press and hold the switch for 0.6 seconds to turn the light on. Turn off: When the light is on, press the switch for 0.6 seconds to turn off the light. Instant Ultra Low: When the HC33 is off tap the switch. Instant Turbo: With the light off, press and hold the switch for 1.5 seconds. Adjusting Brightness With the HC33 switched on, press the switch repeatedly to cycle though the brightness levels. Intelligent memory function remembers the last mode used. Special Modes (Strobe / SOS / Beacon) When the light is off, quickly tap the headlamp switch twice to enter strobe. After strobe is turned on, tap the switch repeatedly to cycle through SOS-Beacon-Strobe. Turn off the light to exit (special modes are not memorised). Equipped with an upgraded unibody optical lens system, you get a combination dual LED spotlight to see in the distance, and a floodlight for close-up tasks and reading. The best news is that it can fully charge in under 2 hours via its hidden USB-C port. The highly efficient current circuit provides up to a full year of standby power making it a great candidate for emergency kits. Sharing the stage with the NU43 is a well-thought-out headband design. It is wider, more breathable, stretchy, and comfortable to wear. Nitecore NU43 is ready for the most vigorous exercises, and arduous tasks and wear for an extended time. The LED assembly is protected by an aluminum frame for increased impact resistance and the whole headlamp is rated IP68 waterproof. Additionally, built into the head of the LED array is a proximity sensor that automatically dims the light when approaching barriers, reducing harsh glare and reflection, and preventing overheating.
