ROSA-Flex 96A is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It is intended for intermediate users of 3D printers who want to start their adventure with printing from flexible materials. The ROSA-Flex 96A filament is hard enough to be printed even on printers with Bowden feeding. In addition, it does not require a closed chamber and will easily stick to many work surfaces (eg. glass, smooth PEI, textured PEI, alluminum). ROSA-Flex 96A has excellent interlayer adhesion. ASA (acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylic) filament from ROSA3D is a polymer resistant to UV radiation, moisture and heat. ASA‘s resistance to UV radiation makes it a suitable material for outdoor applications, e.g. parts that will be intensively exposed to the sun and various weather conditions. ASA is ideal when you need a high-performance material that will be less problematic than printing from ABS. The filament has less shrinkage and the vapors produced are much less irritating. The softening point of ASA prints is higher compared to PLA and PET-G, there is no signs of deformation up to a temperature of approx. 94 ° C. The unique mechanical and thermal properties of ASA together with excellent resistance to UV radiation make it a great choice for automotive, marine and exterior applications such as mirror, radiator or sensor covers. BioWOOD by Rosa3D is an easy to print FILAMENT recommended for both professionals and beginners. The material displays very minor moulding shrinkage in printing, and can be printed in an open device. BioWOOD printouts can be subjected to mechanical treatment (such as sanding, lathing, drilling, etc.) as well as painting and lacquering, like wooden elements. BioWOOD is manufactured from a biopolymer consisting of 100% natural and 100% renewable resources. They decompose in a natural oxygen-free environment (compost). BioWOOD smells like natural wood. The material from which the BioWood filament is made is approved for contact with food. However, in case of products that come into contact with food, certification lies with the manufacturer of the final product. APPLICATION Decorative elements, dishes (bowls, plates, cups, cutlery), toys, musical instruments, furniture also renovate wooden elements. HOW TO PRINT Recommended printing temperature 170-210°C.
