The Alphacool TPV metal fitting originates from Alphacool’s Enterprise Solutions product line. It was specifically designed for use with Alphacool TPV hoses.Enterprise Solutions fitting?Until now Alphacool used these TPV water cooling fittings for servers and workstations exclusively. In combination with the appropriate TPV hose, the metal fitting can be tightened particularly firmly, resulting in remarkable tensile strength. However, Alphacool is now bringing a new material from the Alphacool Enterprise Solutions series across to the everyday user. This tubing is called Alphacool AlphaTube TPV and is the choice of tubing for industries. What is the advantage of TPV?Compared to PVC hoses, the AlphaTube TPV hoses offer various advantages for water cooling. It is much more resistant to acids and alkalis. It is also much more temperature resistant than PVC tubing. The Alphacool AlphaTube TPV can withstand temperatures up to 155°C. While PVC hoses begin to warp at higher water temperatures. This means areas with tighter bends will warp but the TPV hose remains stable in its shape. This eliminates the risk of kinks in tubing and the restriction of flow. How is AlphaTube TPV installed?The Alphacool AlphaTube TPV hose is as easy and simple to install as any other PVC hose. It is slightly stiffer, but only very slightly. The brand new AlphaTube TPV is here! With its discreet velvet look and extraordinary durability, this beautiful black tubing is a fantastic alternative to standard soft tubing. TPV is an EPDM rubber which is primarily used for industrial applications. For water cooling, this means that it is much more stable than PVC hoses against acids, alkalis and external influences. It can also withstand higher temperatures. Gone are the worries of warping hoses that may obstruct water flow. Thanks to their exceptional performance, these radiators can effortlessly dissipate even extremely high waste heat, making them indispensable in many sectors of the cooling industry.The next step in evolution: HPE Full Copper Radiator!The Full Copper HPE Radiator uses the same materials as the previous NexXxoS models but takes a technical step forward. With a denser internal structure, the number of water channels and copper fins has been increased. This design ensures a larger water volume is in direct contact with the cooling fins, significantly enhancing heat transfer. The increased number of fin rows and their shortening also results in a much more efficient utilization of the cooling surface. Comparison tests with the conventional NexXxoS radiator have demonstrated that the HPE radiator can achieve a performance improvement of 4.5K. At higher ambient temperatures and fan speeds, the performance gap between the HPE and standard NexXxoS radiators increases progressively, with possible performance gains of up to 6K.Connection options & mountingThe HPE radiator features two IN or OUT connections with G1/4" threads in the pre-chamber area. On the opposite side, there is a fill or drain port for filling and draining the water circuit. The radiator comes with all necessary screws for case and fan installation. PETG HardTubes are probably the easiest to bend compared to those made of other materials. They require significantly less heat than PMMA HardTubes, for example.
