Thanks to a barrier rim, they have a very high tensile strength, which consists of a metal ring and clings to the hose with hooks. Furthermore, this quick-release coupling uses screw caps that are unlike other screw caps. These prevent the fitting from opening easily due to vibrations or movements. The double seal guarantees maximum tightness. The quick release fittings do not only stand for safety, but also for longevity. The brand new AlphaTube TPV is here! With its discreet velvet look and extraordinary durability, this beautiful black tubing is a fantastic alternative to standard soft tubing. TPV is an EPDM rubber which is primarily used for industrial applications. For water cooling, this means that it is much more stable than PVC hoses against acids, alkalis and external influences. It can also withstand higher temperatures. Gone are the worries of warping hoses that may obstruct water flow. Once you have completed building your cooling loop, the last step is usually the filling of the system. Leaks are not uncommon at this stage. Often it is because a HardTube or hose is not seated correctly, or a fitting has not been screwed in completely. With the Alphacool Leak Testing Tool you can ensure there are no leakst before filling the system. StructureThe Leak Testing Tool consists of a hand pump, a pressure indicator, and a 11/8mm hose with a G1/4" threaded connection at the end. The whole thing is connected to each other via a TEE piece. The hose is 40 cm long and has an anti-kink spring. ApplicationYou connect the Alphacool Leak Testing Tool to a free G1/4" port in the system and operate the hand pump until the desired pressure is reached. Please note here that there may be different maximum specifications depending on the hardware manufacturer. Now you should wait about 15 to 20 minutes. If the pressure has not dropped after this time, your cooling loop is airtight and therefore watertight. The Low Profile ES L-connector from Alphacool's ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS series with 1 G1/4" male thread and 1 G1/4" female thread offers the possibility to connect components like GPU and CPU coolers, reservoirs or radiators into a water circuit even in the tightest server case.UseThe Low Profile ES L-connector can be rotated 360°. Compared to Alphacool's conventional L-connectors, rotation is not made possible by turning the connector itself, but by a recessed, freely rotatable plug with a screw slot on the threaded opposite side of the connector. With the help of a screwdriver or the plug-in tool from Alphacool, the integration of water cooling elements is simplified, as the connector itself no longer needs to be rotated. Alphacool verwendet ein Herstellungsverfahren, welches es ermöglicht, alle wasserführenden Teile und die Kühlfinnen aus reinem Kupfer zu fertigen. Damit erreicht die NexXxoS Serie einen hohen Wärmeleitwert. Mit ihrer unvergleichbaren Performance können die Radiatoren selbst extrem hohe Abwärme spielend abführen und sind aus vielen Bereichen der Kühlindustrie nicht mehr wegzudenken. Der NexXxos Full Copper HPE Radiator verwendet die gleichen Materialien wie die bisherigen NexXxos Modelle, geht aber technisch einen Schritt weiter. Durch den verdichteten inneren Aufbau konnte die Anzahl an Wasserkanälen und Kupferlamellen erhöht werden. Damit ist ein größeres Wasservolumen im direkten Kontakt mit den Kühlfinnen und die Wärmeübertragung wird enorm verbessert. Durch die höhere Anzahl der Finnenreihen und deren Verkürzung wird zudem die Kühlfläche wesentlich effizienter ausgenutzt. Der NexXxoS HPE Radiator verfügt im Bereich der Vorkammern über jeweils zwei IN oder OUT Anschlüsse mit G1/4“ Gewinde. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite befindet sich ein Fill- oder Entlüftungsport, der zum Befüllen und Entleeren des Wasserkreislaufs genutzt werden kann. Dem Radiator liegen sämtliche Schrauben für die Montage im Gehäuse sowie für die Montage der Lüfter bei. Zusätzliche Schrauben werden in der Regel nicht benötigt. Der NexXxoS HPE Radiator verfügt über eine spezielle Schutzvorrichtung, die verhindert, dass Lüfter- oder Montageschrauben zu tief eingedreht werden können. Unter allen Montagebohrungen wurden dafür Schutzplatten platziert, um ein zu tiefes Eindrehen der Schrauben zu verhindern. Dadurch werden die darunterliegenden Kühlfinnen und Wasserkanäle vor Beschädigung geschützt. Alle NexXxoS HPE Radiatoren verwenden die patentierten Verschlussschrauben von Alphacool. Herausstehende Verschlussschrauben sorgen häufig dafür, dass der Radiator nicht bündig angelegt werden kann. Alphacool's Screw Plugs sind vollständig im Radiator versenkt, schließen bündig mit dessen Oberfläche ab und ermöglichen eine problemlose Montage im Gehäuse.
