This tubing is called Alphacool AlphaTube TPV and is the choice of tubing for industries. What is the advantage of TPV?Compared to PVC hoses, the AlphaTube TPV hoses offer various advantages for water cooling. It is much more resistant to acids and alkalis. It is also much more temperature resistant than PVC tubing. The Alphacool AlphaTube TPV can withstand temperatures up to 155°C. While PVC hoses begin to warp at higher water temperatures. This means areas with tighter bends will warp but the TPV hose remains stable in its shape. This eliminates the risk of kinks in tubing and the restriction of flow. The brand new AlphaTube TPV is here! With its discreet velvet look and extraordinary durability, this beautiful black tubing is a fantastic alternative to standard soft tubing. TPV is an EPDM rubber which is primarily used for industrial applications. For water cooling, this means that it is much more stable than PVC hoses against acids, alkalis and external influences. Thanks to their exceptional performance, these radiators can effortlessly dissipate even extremely high waste heat, making them indispensable in many sectors of the cooling industry.The next step in evolution: HPE Full Copper Radiator!The Full Copper HPE Radiator uses the same materials as the previous NexXxoS models but takes a technical step forward. With a denser internal structure, the number of water channels and copper fins has been increased. This design ensures a larger water volume is in direct contact with the cooling fins, significantly enhancing heat transfer. The increased number of fin rows and their shortening also results in a much more efficient utilization of the cooling surface. Comparison tests with the conventional NexXxoS radiator have demonstrated that the HPE radiator can achieve a performance improvement of 4.5K. At higher ambient temperatures and fan speeds, the performance gap between the HPE and standard NexXxoS radiators increases progressively, with possible performance gains of up to 6K.Connection options & mountingThe HPE radiator features two IN or OUT connections with G1/4" threads in the pre-chamber area. On the opposite side, there is a fill or drain port for filling and draining the water circuit. The radiator comes with all necessary screws for case and fan installation. With these compression fittings, Alphacool has created another masterpiece. These connectors promise both absolute impermeability and high quality. Fits all hard metal tubes with an outer diameter of 13mm. On the opposite side of the connector is the standard 1/4" thread. Available in deep black and chrome. First, the swivel nut is placed onto the tube, followed by a plastic plate which protects the O-ring and then the thick O-ring itself. Now the tube can easily be inserted into the attachment, where the second O-ring is tightly fitted to the tube. The final step is to slide the swivel nut onto the attachment and screw it into place. Due to its size, the swivel nut is not so easy to screw into place tightly.
