EK-Quantum Vector Direct RTX RE Ti D-RGB high-performance water block is a version of the EK-Quantum Vector water block where the terminal is removed for added compatibility with space-constrained cases. Instead, the fittings are screwed directly into the top allowing for a narrower enclosure. This water block is designed for multiple reference NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 2080 Ti graphics cards. For detailed compatibility, we recommend that you refer to the EK® Cooling Configurator. The cooling engine is tweaked for even more performance with an optimized flow pattern. It also offers extended compatibility fitting more reference design based graphics cards. The water block directly cools the GPU, VRAM, and the VRM (voltage regulation module) as cooling liquid is channeled directly over these critical areas. These water blocks feature a redesigned cooling engine that has a larger footprint compared to the previous generation of EK® Full Cover water blocks. This results in a larger surface area for heat transfer which increases the thermal performance of these water blocks. The EK-Quantum Vector Series water blocks use an Open Split-Flow cooling engine design which proved to be a superior solution for GPU water blocks. It is characterized by low hydraulic flow restriction, which means that it can be used with weaker water pumps, or pumps running on low-speed settings and still achieve top performance. The jet plate and fin structure geometry have been optimized to provide even flow distribution with minimal losses and optimal performances even when used in reversed water flow scenarios. The base of the block is CNC machined out of nickel-plated electrolytic copper while the top is CNC machined out of glass-like Acrylic. Sealing is ensured by high-quality EPDM O-Rings. The brass standoffs are already pre-installed and allow for a safe and easy installation procedure. The front aesthetic corner piece is lit up with an addressable LED strip. This product is compatible with popular RGB sync technologies from all major motherboard manufacturers. The arrow marking on the 3-pin LED connector is to be aligned with the +5V marking on the D-RGB(addressable) header. EK® recommends the purchase of a retention backplate which improves the aesthetics of your graphics cards, but also provides additional passive cooling to the GPU core and circuit board VRM section. EK-Quantum Momentum TRX40 Aorus Master D-RGB is the 2nd generation of all-in-one monoblock (CPU and motherboard) liquid cooling solutions tailor-made for AMD® Ryzen™ Threadripper™ processors. The primary goal in designing the new sTRX4 socket EK-Quantum Momentum monoblock was to cover the entire IHS of the AMD HEDT Ryzen Threadripper processor in order to improve the overall cooling performance. The EK-Quantum Momentum TRX40 Aorus Master D-RGB is compatible with the Gigabyte® Aorus TR40X motherboards that supports Socket sTRX4 AMD Ryzen Threadripper processors. This monoblock is compatible with the following Aorus motherboards: •Aorus TRX40 Master This TRX40 platform-based monoblock also comes with a bigger redesigned cold plate. The new design ensures the monoblock has mechanical contact with the entire 3rd Gen Ryzen™ Threadripper™ processor IHS, thus enabling better thermal transfer. The base of the monoblock is CNC-milled of the purest electrolytic copper while the top is machined the same way out of high-quality glass-like cast acrylic. The main nickel plated mounting screws and brass screw-in standoffs are pre-installed, making the installation process quick and easy. During the development of the EIsblock Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 graphic card GPU block, we wanted to further increase the performance. The first step was to move the cooler closer to the individual components by reducing the thermal pads to a thickness of 1 mm. Next, we reduced the thickness of the nickel-plated copper block. Instead of 7 mm, it is now only 5.5 mm thick. The water flow inside the cooler has also been optimized. All important components such as the voltage transformers and the memory are now significantly better and more effectively cooled by the water. All this ensures a significant increase in cooling performance. New Design! The Eisblock Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 cooler has been designed so that lighting is more important than the previous models. The addressable digital RGB LEDs are embedded directly into the cooling block and run along the entire cooling block. The effect is an illumination of the entire cooling block. No corner or edge remains unlit by the aRGB LEDs. The new design is more angular with all edges bevelled. This promotes better light diffusion in the water cooler due to the reflections on these bevels. In addition, they create various contours, which give the Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 Eisblock cooler its very own unique identity. Copper or Aluminium? Of course, Alphacool only uses copper for its water coolers. With the Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 Eisblock, the copper is nickel-plated. Compared to its predecessor models, Alphacool has improved the nickel plating even further, which has considerably increased the acid resistance. This means that the nickel should resist flaking. Why does Alphacool rely on copper instead of aluminium? Simply, copper has almost twice the thermal conductivity of aluminium and is therefore clearly the better material for water cooling. Is There Anything Else New? The Eisblock Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 also relies on the new patented stop fittings, which sit flush with the surface of the terminal. The Alphacool logo now sits in the corner on the top and is also fully illuminated. On the front of the terminal you can see the corresponding names of the compatible graphic card types. It is specially designed with a much thicker copper base to reduce the high capacitors of most reference design graphics cards. This gives the water block the advantage of a wider compatibility list without restricting the flow of coolant. EK water block for Nvidia 3080 and 3090 reference board The Vector water block directly cools the GPU, the VRAM and the VRM (voltage control module), as a cooling liquid is passed directly over these critical areas. The water block is in contact with MOSFETs and chokes to maximise cooling and minimise the risk of coil howl. These newly developed water blocks have optimised flow paths that reduce hydrodynamic instabilities and turbulence (dead spots) inside them. In addition, this new design allows the connector to be screwed directly onto the copper cold plate of the GPU block, making it stiffer and reducing the risk of damage to the water block. During the development of the EIsblock Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 graphic card GPU block, we wanted to further increase the performance. The first step was to move the cooler closer to the individual components by reducing the thermal pads to a thickness of 1 mm. Next, we reduced the thickness of the nickel-plated copper block. Instead of 7 mm, it is now only 5.5 mm thick. The water flow inside the cooler has also been optimized. All important components such as the voltage transformers and the memory are now significantly better and more effectively cooled by the water. All this ensures a significant increase in cooling performance. New Design! The Eisblock Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 cooler has been designed so that lighting is more important than the previous models. The addressable digital RGB LEDs are embedded directly into the cooling block and run along the entire cooling block. The effect is an illumination of the entire cooling block. No corner or edge remains unlit by the aRGB LEDs. The new design is more angular with all edges bevelled. This promotes better light diffusion in the water cooler due to the reflections on these bevels. In addition, they create various contours, which give the Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 Eisblock cooler its very own unique identity. Copper or Aluminium? Of course, Alphacool only uses copper for its water coolers. With the Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 Eisblock, the copper is nickel-plated. Compared to its predecessor models, Alphacool has improved the nickel plating even further, which has considerably increased the acid resistance. This means that the nickel should resist flaking. Why does Alphacool rely on copper instead of aluminium? Simply, copper has almost twice the thermal conductivity of aluminium and is therefore clearly the better material for water cooling. Is There Anything Else New? The Eisblock Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 also relies on the new patented stop fittings, which sit flush with the surface of the terminal. The Alphacool logo now sits in the corner on the top and is also fully illuminated. On the front of the terminal you can see the corresponding names of the compatible graphic card types. Of course, these are also fully illuminated by the digital LEDs. IN and OUT are now marked by small triangles. The EK-Quantum Vector Strix RTX 3080/3090 D-RGB water block is compatible with the ROG Strix RTX 3080 and 3090 graphics cards. The Vector water block actively cools the GPU, the VRAM (on the front), the MOSFETs in the VRM (voltage regulation module), the PWM controller and all chokes including the input rail. The water block contacts each individual inductor to suppress any possible whimpering of the coil. EK water block for Vector ROG Strix 3080/3090 Acetal These newly developed water blocks have optimised flow paths that reduce hydrodynamic instabilities and turbulence (dead spots) in their interior. In addition, this new design allows the copper cold plate to expand almost the entire length of the PCB, which also cools less critical components for maximum efficiency. The EK-Quantum Vector series water blocks use an open split-flow cooling motor design that has proven to be the superior solution for GPU water blocks. It features low hydraulic flow restriction, which means it can be used with weaker water pumps or with pumps running at low speeds and still achieve peak performance. The geometry of the nozzle plate and fin structure has been optimised to ensure even flow distribution with minimum losses and optimum performance in any orientation of the coolant flow. The Fin Array is equipped with 28 micro fins with 0.6 mm wide micro-channels that provide optimum cooling performance without unnecessary flow restrictions or risk of clogging. The base of the block is CNC-machined from nickel-plated electrolytic copper, while the top is CNC-machined from durable black POM acetal. These 2nd generation Vector GPU water blocks also have acetal connections to match the top cover. The watertight seal is ensured by high quality EPDM O-rings, while brass spacers are pre-installed for a safe and easy installation process. D-RGB lighting on EK-Quantum Vector Strix RTX 3080/3090 D-RGB water block The aesthetic corner end piece accommodates the addressable D-RGB LEDs. This water block has a total of 6 individually addressable RGB LEDs and is compatible with the common RGB synchronisation technologies of all major motherboard manufacturers. The arrow marking on the 3-pin D-RGB LED connector must be aligned with the +5V marking on the D-RGB (addressable) pin header. Back plate for the water block ROG Strix 3080/3090 EK recommends the purchase of a retention backplate that improves the overall aesthetics of your graphics cards and also provides additional passive cooling for the GPU core, VRAM on the 3090 cards and the back of the VRM area of the board. During the development of the Eisblock ES Acetal GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 graphics card waterblock, we naturally placed great emphasis on increasing performance. For the first step, the cooler was brought closer to the individual components by reducing the thermal pads to a thickness of 1 mm. Next, the nickel-plated copper block was also made thinner. Instead of 7 mm, it is now only 5.5 mm thick. The water flow within the cooler was also optimized. All important components such as the voltage converters and the RAM are now cooled much better and more effectively by water. All this provides a significant increase in cooling performance. Connections to the rear? Server cases offer different dimensions than normal PC cases. To save space in width and height, the connections were moved to the back. Another advantage is that it is easier to connect the tubing of a complete server rack with this kind of positioning of the connections. Aquacomputer backplate for kryographics NEXT RTX 3090, active XCS
This back plate is manufactured from massive aluminum and can be mounted in addition to a kryographics NEXT RTX 3090 water block, giving additional stability especially in the voltage regulator area of the graphics card. Additionally, the RAM modules on the back of the graphics card are cooled effectively. The back plate is anodized in black color. For optimum heat dissipation, the back plate is connected to the water cooling system by a heatpipe. The back plate comes with a connection terminal that replaces the terminal originally installed to the kryographics water block. The EK-Quantum Vector RE RTX 3080/3090 GPU cooler, has been further developed based on the 2nd generation Vector series and is compatible with most reference designs of RTX 3080/3090 graphics cards. The Vector RE water block directly cools the GPU, VRAM and VRM (voltage regulation module), as the cooling fluid is routed directly over these critical areas. The copper base is much thicker than previous Vector models. The top is made almost entirely of acrylic. Since the GPU cooler does not have a backplate, it is recommended to order a matching backplate (e.g. item 1020619). Such a backplate not only improves stability, but also promotes cooling performance, as it also serves as a passive cooler. The EK-Quantum Vector RE RTX 3080/3090 GPU cooler, has been further developed based on the 2nd generation Vector series and is compatible with most reference designs of RTX 3080/3090 graphics cards. The Vector RE water block directly cools the GPU, VRAM and VRM (voltage regulation module), as the cooling fluid is routed directly over these critical areas. The nickel-plated copper base is much thicker than previous Vector models. The top is made entirely of black durable POM acetal, which also includes the connection terminal. The end piece of the cooler has D-RGB lighting, with a total of 5 individually addressable LEDs, which makes the end piece shine pleasantly. This perfectly describes the Aurora Plexi GPX Eisblock More Performance! During the development of the EIsblock Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080 FE graphic card GPU block, we wanted to further increase the performance. The first step was to move the cooler closer to the individual components by reducing the thermal pads to a thickness of 1 mm. Next, we reduced the thickness of the nickel-plated copper block. Instead of 7 mm, it is now only 5.5 mm thick. The water flow inside the cooler has also been optimized. All important components such as the voltage transformers and the memory are now significantly better and more effectively cooled by the water. All this ensures a significant increase in cooling performance. New Design! The Eisblock Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080 FE cooler has been designed so that lighting is more important than the previous models. The addressable digital RGB LEDs are embedded directly into the cooling block and run along the entire cooling block. The effect is an illumination of the entire cooling block. No corner or edge remains unlit by the aRGB LEDs. The new design is more angular with all edges bevelled. This promotes better light diffusion in the water cooler due to the reflections on these bevels. The EK-Quantum Vector FTW3 RTX 3080/3090 D-RGB GPU cooler, has been further developed based on the 2nd generation Vector series and designed for the EVGA FTW3 RTX 3080 and 3090 graphics cards. The Vector water block directly cools the GPU, VRAM and VRM (voltage regulation module), as the cooling fluid is routed directly over these critical areas. The base of the block is made of nickel-plated copper, while the top is made of acetal. Furthermore, the cooler has D-RGB lighting, with a total of 9 individually addressable LEDs, which makes the end piece shine pleasantly. The lighting is compatible with all common RGB sync technologies of the major motherboard manufacturers, such as ASRock Polychrome Sync, ASUS Aura Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion and MSI Mystic Light. Since the GPU cooler does not have a backplate, it is recommended to order a matching backplate. Such a backplate not only improves stability, but also promotes cooling performance, as it also serves as a passive cooler.
