The wine quality is important for the consumers as well as for the wine industry. The traditional (expert wine tester) way of measuring wine quality might be expensive and time-consuming. Nowadays, machine learning models are foremost tools to replace human intervention. As a sub field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) aims to understand the structure of the data and fit it into models, which later can be used on unseen data to achieve the desired task. Machine Learning has been widely used in various sectors such as Businesses, Medical, and Astrophysics to name a few and many other scientific problems. Inspired by success of Artificial Intelligence in various different sectors here, we can use it for wine quality prediction based on various physicochemical properties of wine. Among various machine learning methods, we analyze the performance of Extremely randomized trees (Extra trees), Extreme Gradient Boosting (XG Boost) and Light gradient-boosting machine (Light GBM) ensemble ML methods. This work demonstrates how statistical data analysis can be used to identify the components that mainly control the wine quality prior to the production.

What makes a true leader? Is leadership a title? Authority? Charisma? Whatever gets the best results? Today more than ever, Christians need a model of leadership that is based on God's Word, that brings God glory. In Called to Lead, best-selling author, pastor, and teacher John MacArthur explains the characteristics of a leader drawn from one of the Bible's most renowned leaders, the apostle Paul. Focusing on Paul's letters to the church, Called to Lead shows you the twenty-six key qualities of a leader who can achieve results without forfeiting faith and obedience, qualities such as: * Trustworthiness* Discipline* Christlikeness* Sincerity* Decisiveness Called to Lead presents a compelling, biblically sound explanation of the leadership God established when Jesus called and commissioned the apostles ...and when God called you to lead.
"On Sunday mornings at Grace Community Church, small groups of people gather together in 'Fundamentals of the Faith' classes to use this manual of thirteen lessons, which blend basic biblical truths with personal obedience and service...Many young believers take these classes to grow in their understanding of biblical truths." With topics ranging from "God: His Character and Attributes" to "The Church: Fellowship and Worship," this study is ideal to disciple new believers or to realize afresh what it means to believe in Jesus.

Trading the financial markets is extremely difficult, but with the right approach, traders can achieve success. Nobody knows this better than authors Larry Pesavento and Leslie Jouflas, both traders and educators of traders, who have consistently used pattern recognition to capture profits from the markets. In Trade What You See, Pesavento and Jouflas show traders how to identify patterns as they are developing and exactly where to place entry and exit orders. While some patterns derive from the techniques of Wall Street’s earliest traders and other patterns reflect Pesavento’s emphasis on the geometry of market movements and Fibonacci numbers.. Filled with hard-won knowledge gained through years of market experience, Trade What You Seeoutlines both a practical and sophisticated approach to trading that will be of interest to both novice and seasoned traders alike. "A stunning and ambitious origins story."Ibram X. Kendi, National Book Awardwinning and #1 New York Timesbestselling authorThe remarkable history of how college presidents shaped the struggle for racial equalitySome of Americas most pressing civil rights issuesdesegregation, equal educational and employment opportunities, housing discrimination, and free speechhave been closely intertwined with higher education institutions. Although it is commonly known that college students and other activists, as well as politicians, actively participated in the fight for and against civil rights in the middle decades of the twentieth century, historical accounts have not adequately focused on the roles that the nations college presidents played in the debates concerning racism. Based on archival research conducted at a range of colleges and universities across the United States, The Campus Color Line sheds light on the important place of college presidents in the struggle for racial parity.Focusing on the period between 1948 and 1968, Eddie Cole shows how college presidents, during a time of violence and unrest, strategically, yet often silently, initiated and shaped racial policies and practices inside and outside of the educational sphere. With courage and hope, as well as malice and cruelty, college presidents positioned themselvessometimes precariouslyamid conflicting interests and demands. Black college presidents challenged racist policies as their students demonstrated in the streets against segregation, while presidents of major universities lobbied for urban renewal programs that displaced Black communities near campus. Some presidents amended campus speech practices to accommodate white supremacist speakers, even as other academic leaders developed the nations first affirmative action programs in higher education. The Campus Color Line illuminates how the legacy of academic leaders actions continues to influence the unfinished struggle for Black freedom and racial equity in education and beyond. "The first comprehensive study of Franz Kline's methods and techniques and the eighth book in the Artist's Materials series, which explores the unique and unconventional materials used by contemporary artists and the challenges encountered by professionals tasked with conserving their works"-- This book offers the most detailed investigation thus far of the materials and methods of this key American Abstract Expressionist artist. This book offers the most detailed investigation thus far of the materials and methods of this key American Abstract Expressionist artist. Although Franz Kline was one of the seminal figures of the American Abstract Expressionist movement, he is less well known than contemporaries such as Jackson Pollock and Willem de Kooning. This is partly because Kline, unlike most artists in his circle, did not like to write or talk about his own art. In fact, when asked in a panel to discuss abstract art, Kline said, I thought that was the reason for trying to do it, because you couldnt (talk about it]. Still, his impact was such that the critic and art historian April Kingsley wrote, Abstract Expressionism as a movement died with him. This volume, the newest addition to the Artists Materials series from the Getty Conservation Institute, looks closely at both Kline's life and work, from his early years in Pennsylvania to his later success in New York City. Kline's iconic paintings are poised on a critical cusp: some have already undergone conservation, but others remain unaltered and retain the artists color, gloss, and texture, and they are surprisingly vulnerable. The authors presentation of rigorous examination and scientific analysis of more than thirty of Klines paintings from the 1930s through the 1960s provides invaluable insight into his life, materials, and techniques. This study provides conservators with essential information that will shape future strategies for the care of Klines paintings, and offers readers a more thorough comprehension of this underappreciated artist who is so central to American Abstract Expressionism.
