The new Alphacool Eisblock XPX Aurora Edge CPU water cooler offers fantastic performance thanks to the patented ramp design as well as boasting excellent quality. The new Aurora design in combination with the addressable digital RGB illumination offers many possibilities for outstanding illumination of the CPU water block. Performance in abundance! Alphacool already developed and patented new flow technology for the first Alphacool Eisblock XPX series. The so-called "ramp system" ensures an even flow of water inside the cooler and sits in front of the diffuser plate. This ensures that the water is pressed evenly through the diffuser plate, which in turn pushes the water evenly over the cooling base. The cooling channels on the CPU cooler base has also been enlarged to a proud 34 x 32 mm to accommodate the ever-growing CPU DIEs. This is especially true for multi-core processors with 4, 6, 8 or even 12 and more CPU cores. So that the heat from the CPU can be transferred to the water as quickly as possible. 81 cooling fins can be found on the cooling plate to ensure maximum heat diffusion. The fin structure has been reduced to just 0.2 mm in order to create the largest possible surface area in the smallest possible space. And the lighting? All new Eisblock XPX Aurora Edge CPU waterblocks come with addressable digital RGB lighting. The aRGB LEDs are integrated directly into the CPU water cooler and run once around the entire cooling block. With up to 15 digital RGB LEDs the entire CPU block is evenly and intensively lit. Of course, the brightness can be controlled by an appropriate controller. And as with all aRGB LED products all known effects can be created. From simple colour changes to wave effects and rainbow lighting, everything is possible. Of course, the Alphacool Eisblock Aurora coolers can also be connected and controlled via mainboards using the standard 3-pin 5V connector. The cable also has an integrated Y-adapter. This makes it easy to connect further Alphacool Aurora products in series without having to order separate Y-adapters. Extension cables may be needed if you want to connect the products in series, depending on the size of the case. Is installation difficult? Mounting the XPX Aurora Edge Eisblock cooler is simple. The backplate is simply attached to the mainboard from behind. The mounting frame for the AMD or Intel socket is clamped to the cooler and the corresponding mounting screws are pre-attached to this frame. Next, you simply apply thermal paste and you attach the cooler using the screws. Please note: Remove the protective foil on the cooler base before use! Unique Aurora Design The Alphacool Eisblock Aurora Edge has been significantly changed in some points to its predecessor, the Eisblock XPX. The lower part of the cooler is completely made of brass and no longer of plexiglass or transparent nylon. This changes the overall feel and quality of the cooler. Not only is it heavier in the hand, but it is also much more stable than the usual Plexi CPU water coolers. In order to stand out visually from the normal Eisblock XPX Aurora CPU water cooler, the bottom of the cooler was kept completely in black. This emphasizes the visual effect of the water flow. The corners of the CPU cooler are more angular, which makes the cooler stand out from the normal Aurora Plexi Eisblock. The cooling units from Hailea have been used in trusted waterchillers from other manufacturers for over 15 years. The new heat exchangers of the Ultra series are made from titanium. Therefore the chillers are perfect for watercooling systems. Another positive aspect about the Hailea units is the low noise emission. The pricing of the new series is also pleasantly affordable. New revision: New cool design More robust materials for even longer lifespan Lowered noise emissions Suitable for continuous operation Noise emissions: The small chillers (like HC150) have a noise emission of 20dB(A) only and can be used near the computer / aquarium without disturbing. Bigger models (like HC500) should be additionally decoupled to reduce the noise level if necessary The models HC1000 und HC 2000 should be extra decoupled or maintained in a seperate room. This waterchiller basically replaces the radiator as the coolant is chilled to the desired temperature by this unit. Temperatures down to 4°C are possible, please note that at low temperatures (high temperature difference) condensate may accumulate. Suitable insulation accessories are also available in our shop. Alternatively the coolant temperature can be set to just below room temperature to avoid this problem. Thanks to the low temperatures incredible overclocking potential is available! The lifespan of the components is extended by multiples. This system is also great for no-noise applications as the chiller can be located in another room. We recommend integration of the chiller into the cooling loop in combination with a radiator. This allows use of the chiller when required (overclocking, Benchmarks, summer etc..) and use of the radiator during normal operation. To estimate the required cooling performance here some non-binding estimates. The exact thermal emissions can be requested from the manufacturer of the hardware. CPU: 80W (standard) to 150W (overclocked) GPU: 50W (small cards) to 250W (GTX 980) MB: 20 to 40W per component The added values of your system must not exceed the given cooling capability of the chiller. What aquarium size can be cooled with my water chiller? The manufacturer provides the following data: Model / aquarium size in liters: HC-130 / 50-100L HC-150 / 50-200L HC-250 / 100-300L HC-300 / 100-400L HC-500 / 200-800L HC-1000 / 300-1000L HC-2000 / 400-1500L We at Aquatuning wish to advise you that the manufacturer’s data was obtained under optimal circumstances. The temperature response of the aquarium may greatly vary because of insulation, heat from lights respectively sunlight. Hence we recommend using the larger model when reaching the upper limit of the aquarium size values. Notes regarding shipment: For shipping via parcel delivery (GLS) we have manufactured a specially padded carton. For handling and packaging we must charge 15€ incl. VAT. This charge is not charged when the Chiller is picked up or with pallet shipment if the chiller is shipped without the special packaging. In most cases there is no actual problem with the chiller, but the functionality of the unit is not fully understood by the user yet. Please note the following: The compressor unit automatically switches itself on and off, if the temperature sensor is manipulated your warranty is void, the noise level or an allegedly not sufficient cooling performance are no reason for a reclamation. The chiller can only function properly if the cooling loop is equipped with a sufficiently powerful pump. If these facts are considered most reclamations can be avoided and you will greatly enjoy this product! Note for aquarium-use: The cooling performance is affected by the aquarium-lamp the reduced pump power due to filters and the thermal waste of the pump. We therefore recommend to order the ciller at least on power-lever higher that theoretically calculated This product has been reviewed for you (by): Overclockingstation Zockon bit-tech (engl.) DEMCiflex dust filter 120mm Black DF0003Toote kirjeldus inglise keeles:If you open your PC again after half a year, perhaps to install new hardware, one wonders most of the time whether the Rechenknecht is not better to call a vacuum cleaner. What makes it easier on the one hand - imagine just how much more often the room would have to be cleaned if all the dirt was not collected as a precaution by the computer - means elsewhere consuming cleaning of the PC interior. In addition, dust in the housing is the main reason for overheating and thus for possible, unstable operation. Although a cleaning time-to-time can not be prevented, however, the effort can be significantly reduced. A simple and cost-effective solution are dust filters, which are placed in front of the sucking fans. Once installed, it is no longer necessary to dedust the entire interior with all its inaccessible corners and sensitive components, only the filters. DEMCiflex offers a particularly easy-to-retrofit solution, which in this case is suitable for 120 mm fans. Here, the filter is simply placed from the outside of the housing on the fan opening and is held there magnetically. There are therefore no screws or the like necessary, so there is no compatibility restriction. Since not all fan positions are magnetically attractive, an additional frame to the scope of delivery is glued to the back and on which the filter is held. The filter itself consists of a very tightly woven and durable polyester fabric. This special material is also used in clinics, for example to keep operating theaters dust-free. At the same time, the net is well permeable to air and therefore hinders the airflow only slightly. Of course, this effect diminishes with increasing dust, which is why the filter should occasionally be removed and cleaned. Due to the special mounting method, the removal of the fan is again very easy and fast. Afterwards, the dust can either be brushed, shaken, washed off and even scraped off with stubborn dirt. Finally, a few notes on the installation: First, the question arises, which fans have to be covered at all. As already mentioned, this applies exclusively to the sucking fans. But which are they? The safest way to recognize this is on the fan itself, with two arrows on the outside or inside of the fan frame. If one of the two arrows points towards the interior or if the rotor suspension is aligned with the interior, this is an aspirating fan. These are usually located on the front, side and bottom, whereas the rear and cover fans usually carry the air out of the housing and therefore need not be filtered. In order to maximize the filter effect, an overpressure in the housing can be generated. This means that more volume of air is forced into the housing than is being sucked out of the housing by other fans at the same time. This prevents air (and with it the dust) from entering the interior through other openings that may not have been filtered. If all fans are the same size, you should blow more fans into the housing than pull out. In this case, the power supply is to be counted as an additional, extracting fan, as long as it does not receive its supply (fan side) directly from the outside (occurs at floor mounting). If different fans with different sizes and speeds are used, the respective air volumes (m³ / h) in the data sheets give a good reference value, whereby in turn the total volume of the suction fans must be higher than that of the blowing out fans. Note: The area around the used fan slot should be flat if possible and have no protruding parts. Otherwise, these may impair adhesion to the substrate. Due to the special mounting method, the removal of the fan is again very easy and fast. Afterwards, the dust can either be brushed, shaken, washed off and even scraped off with stubborn dirt. The new Alphacool NexXxos radiators, a name that stands for experience and quality has come to bring a fresh breeze to the radiator market.Every user of a water cooling system needs a radiator and everyone has different requirements towards the heat exchanger. Of course the customer always demands the best in its class. The Alphacool NexXxos radiators have come to compete with and to beat the best in their class and to be the best radiator in all sizes. No more endless choices without a clear class leader, the Alphacool NexXxos is the one tool for all your needs!Alphacool has been the company to introduce new developments and improvements in the radiator and water cooling sector generally many times over the last years.Following this tradition, the new NexXxos radiators are the first to truly deserve the “Full copper” attribute. All main parts, not only the fins and channels, but the chambers are also made from copper. This brings an improvement in performance where other radiators are left without a chance. In structure, the Alphacool NexXxoS X-Flow Radiators differentiate materially from the standard radiators. The X.Flow Radiators are designet for high flow rates. The bevelled copper chambers on both sides have an identical structure. This Water is jetting at the same time through all avialable channels to the other chamber to whitch it then leaves the radiator.Versatile and easy mounting is one of the main points, on which the research and development department at Alphacool focused. The chamber offers three possibilities for fitting installation on both inlet and outlet (not on the NexXos ST30). Less angled fittings are needed, improving flow rates and offering more mounting possibilities. Here, too, Alphacool provides the popular sizes of the 120mm series. Different thicknesses, 30mm, 45mm and 60 mm underscore the broad spectrum that cover these radiators. Even mounting and installation of fans and radiator grills is easy and versatile with these radiators: The M3 threads are standard in the radiator sector and available in all lengths at an affordable price.Even the dreaded insertion of a screw too far into the radiator does not result in expensive damage. Unlike other radiators, the NexXxos series is equipped with an internal protective ledge which stops the screw before it damages the fins.Fin spacing is always an important factor in radiator design. The new series from Alphacool has a fin design which allows it to perform extremely well even with slow-spinning and medium-speed fans. This is not only pleasant thanks to the fact that it avoids unnecessary noise; it also means that the choice of fans that can be used with these radiators is not restricted. These radiators are the result of experience and powerful performance meeting future-oriented design and well-thought through solutions.Alphacool NexXxos radiators: The one tool for all your cooling needs! Hence the radiator can even be installed in tight enclosures, where otherwise internal installation is not a possibility. A 1/4" screw plug allows easy de-aeration of the radiator (on all UT60 and NexXxos Monsta) and hassle-free vertical installation of the heat exchanger. The threaded opening can even be used for filling, e.g. in combination with a Fillport.Versatility is the essence of the new NexXxos series! With the Alphacool Core XP³ Acetal light you get a very compact CPU water block for all current mainstream sockets from AMD and Intel. It offers the typical high Alphacool quality paired with excellent performance at a fantastic price. High cooling capacity! The cooling plate has been optimised to give the best performance for the price point. The nickel-plated copper radiator bottom has a surface area of 56 x 56 mm with a cross-slot structure and only 0.4 x 1 mm thick pins through which the water can flow. Due to the extremely large cooling surface, the water can effectively absorb the heat from the radiator bottom and remove it from the CPU area. The pin area is about 27.6 x 37.6 mm ensuring that most mainstream CPUs are covered completely which guarantees high cooling performance. The new multiple slotted nozzle plate was developed especially for this cooler to achieve a perfect interplay of water flow and inflow of the base plate. Only the combination of all these little things ensures the high performance. Quick assembly! The mounting bracket is simply put over the CPU cooler. All mounting screws can be pre-assembled onto this Then you can simply screw it down. A well-illustrated manual with large render graphics is included so that the installation is easy to understand. EK-Quantum Vector Strix RX 6800/6900 is a 2nd generation Vector GPU water block from the EK® Quantum Line. It is made for ROG Strix RX 6800, 6800XT, 6900XT graphics cards based on the latest AMD® RDNA2™ architecture. EK-Quantum Vector Strix RX 6800/6900 water block for ROG Strix GAMING RX 6800 and 6900 GPUs EK-Quantum Vector RX 6800/6900 water block is compatible with ASUS® ROG Strix GAMING Radeon RX 6800, RX 6800XT, and 6900XT graphics cards. The Vector water block directly cools the GPU, VRAM, and the VRM (voltage regulation module) as a cooling liquid is channeled right over these critical areas. The water block is in contact with power stages as well as Inductor chokes to maximize cooling and minimize the chances of coil whine. These newly developed water blocks feature optimized flow paths that reduce hydrodynamic instabilities and vortexing (dead spots) inside of them. The EK-Quantum Vector Series water blocks use an Open Split-Flow cooling engine design, which proved to be a superior solution for GPU water blocks. It is characterized by low hydraulic flow restriction, meaning it can be used with weaker water pumps or pumps running on low-speed settings, and still achieve top performance. The jet plate and fin structure geometry have been optimized to provide even flow distribution with minimal losses and optimal performance when used in any given coolant flow orientation. The base of the block is CNC-machined out of high-grade nickel-plated electrolytic copper, while its top is CNC-machined out of durable black POM acetal. These 2nd generation Vector GPU water blocks also feature acetal terminals. The watertight sealing is ensured by high-quality EPDM O-rings, while brass standoffs are already pre-installed and allow for a safe and easy installation procedure. D-RGB lighting on EK-Quantum Vector Strix RX 6800/6900 D-RGB water block The aesthetic end-piece is housing the addressable D-RGB LED strip. These water blocks boast a total of 9 individually addressable RGB LEDs, and a LED-lit terminal. They are compatible with popular RGB sync technologies from all major motherboard manufacturers. The arrow marking on the 3-pin D-RGB LED connector is to be aligned with the +5V marking on the D-RGB (addressable) header. Backplate for the Strix 6800/6900 water block EK recommends the purchase of a retention backplate, which improves the overall aesthetics of your graphics cards, and also provides additional passive cooling for the GPU core and backside of the printed circuit board VRM and VRAM sections.
