This elegant feedthrough for a vacant PCIe or PCI slot can be used to feed two coolant lines and one cable out of the PC case without drilling any holes. The feedthrough consists of a stainless steel bracket with two acetal connectors. Connection thread size is G1/4 for both external and internal side of the connector. The two acetal connectors are sealed with two o-ring gaskets. Due to the external G1/4 thread, the non-spill couplings 90108/90109 (not included in delivery) can be installed directly into the feedthrough. The feedthrough construction also provides excellent strain relief for the two coolant lines. The additional cable feedthrough can be used for round cable up to a diameter of ca. 6.5 mm, a rubber ring protects the cable in the bracket. A pressure relief valve for even more safety in your system! In common systems usually a standard reservoir suffices to level the occurring pressure differences. Also the parts installed in a system are usually pressure-tested up to at least 2 bar. But for users with seriously large cooling loops the extreme temperature differences between operation and standby may cause such high pressures that it is advisable to release the pressure to avoid damages. This pressure relief valve can, for example, easily be screwed into a T-piece and therefore be installed at any point of the cooling loop. Some reservoirs also offer additional openings which are usually equipped with plug caps. At these threads the valve can also easily be installed. Due to the g1/4" thread size and the short thread length of only 4mm this valve can also be used in just about any spot of the watercooling system. The low profile of the valve, only 16mm without the thread, also makes it very versatile. The O-ring seal at the thread also gives added security for your system. The valve releases at a pressure of 0,3-0,4kg/cm² or 4,3 to 5,7psi. They are characterized by their high processing quality and the triple sealing system.High quality coatingAlphacool uses advanced chromating to apply the paint to the brass connection. This not only makes the paint more even; it is also much more durable and resistant to external influences. The small Alphacool logo is lasered in and not printed. Therefore, it cannot be removed by friction.Triple sealTightness is essential for a water loop. Alphacool uses three sealing O-rings for these Eiszapfen fittings which seal against the Tube. Two O-rings are integrated in the fitting, while the third O-ring serves as a seal and is attached together with the HardTube. The union nut compresses the O-ring ensuring a tight seal. This not only provides a triple lock, but also increases the tensile strength of the HardTube.
