Top Offer! TS Optics 17 mm Plössl Eyepiece with 1.25" barrel sizeA good Plössl eyepiece outperforms a simple Kellner. Through bulk purchase, we can offer this type of eyepiece at a price for which you would get only more simple eyepieces elsewhere. Nevertheless, the features are quite impressive. The 17 mm Plössl is a fine all-round eyepiece, it delivers a good performance on planets, but also when viewing nebulae and galaxies. It is often chosen for binoviewers, too, due to the very good ease of view. Areas of application of Plössl eyepieces:Through the four-element design, the Plössl is a true all-rouder. It does not introduce an additional chromatic aberration to the system, in opposite to more simple eyepieces with fewer elements. As a consequence, these eyepieces can be very well used for observing moon and planets with higher magnifications. At lower magnifications, Plössl eyepieces are well suited for observing nebulae, star clusters and galaxies, they convince with a field of view relatively free of distortion. Astrophotographers can also work well with Plössl eyepieces, as they are well suited for eyepiece projection. The MgF2 coating prevents disturbing reflections and provide good contrast. However, many projection adapters are too narrow for the Plössl eyepieces with 32 or 40 mm focal length.
Browning’s new solar panel, the Solar Camera Power Pack, provides a constant power supply for your Browning camera trap. This allows your camera to run entirely on the power generated by this compact panel, without having to go back into the field to change the batteries! The Power Pack contains 6x AA NiMH rechargeable batteries that are continuously charged by the highly efficient solar cell. The waterproof solar panel mounts easily to a tree or other fixed object, and is easy to adjust (using the integrated mounting bracket) to maximize solar energy output.
This all steel security enclosure protects your trail camera against vandalism, theft, or damage. Our security enclosures are supplied with a padlock so that the security box can be locked. Furthermore, the security box itself can be mounted to a tree or other object using screws, but it also has special openings to allow for mounting with a Master Lock python cable. Master Lock Python cable locks are ideal for locking and mounting a security enclosure to a tree or pole, because the cable lock can be tightened all around the stem of the tree or pole.
With this Browning field camera stand, you can position the camera quickly and accurately. The camera stand is placed in the field and has a universal double tripod screw that swivels completely. The camera support is placed in the field and has a universal double tripod screw which is fully swivelling. This way, the camera can be manoeuvred in almost all conceivable positions. The field camera support is from the Browning brand, but works perfectly with all camera traps with a tripod screw at the bottom (e.g. Browning and Bushnell).
Weatherproof and stainless metal housing ”Made in Germany” - prevents theft and vandalism and protects your surveillance camera against influences of weather. Various openings on the rear side of housing offer different mounting options. The best protection against theft can be achieved by attaching the housing to a tree or to a wall using screws and dowels. The housing offers eyelets for a mounting strap, for a cable lock on the rear side and for a padlock on the front side, as well as slots for the antennas of the camera (*).The opening on the bottom of housing allows connecting an external energy source to the camera. No housing can guarantee 100% protection, but with a material thickness of 1.5 mm, the solid housing discourages thieves and vandals – this may prevent a first access in many cases. Without the right tools, thieves don’t stand a chance!
A good Plössl eyepiece outperforms a simple Kellner. Through bulk purchase, we can offer this type of eyepiece at a price for which you would get only more simple eyepieces elsewhere. Nevertheless, the features are quite impressive. The 40 mm Plössl offers maximum field of view with 1.25" and is a fine overview eyepiece. With its long focal length of 40 mm, it is especially suited for slow telescopes like Cassegrains or refractors not faster than f/8. The image stays still bright, making the eyepiece well siuted for observing nebulae, open star clusters and galaxies, but also for centering of objects. Areas of application of Plössl eyepieces: Through the four-element design, the Plössl is a true all-rouder. It does not introduce an additional chromatic aberration to the system, in opposite to more simple eyepieces with fewer elements. APM Barlow 2" This is the 2" counterpart of our famed 1.25", 2x/1.5x Barlow lens. It is well made both in design and craftmanship. Both lenses are fully multicoated for best-possible contrast and transmission. The lenses have a diameter of 37mm, thus you can even use 2" wide angle eyepieces without vignetting. Further uses: With a 2" extension tube - 50mm - you will attain a magnification of 2.7x compared to an eyepiece without the Barlow lens. That way you turn a 30mm wide angle eyepiece into an 11mm wide angle eyepiece with comfortable eye relief. Remove the black anodized lens cell from the Barlow lens and screw it directly into your eyepiece to attain a magnification of 1.5x.
Thanks to it´s liteweight backpack, the Celestron Travelscope 70 performs as a great little travel companion. A 45 degree erecting Prism is just the right choice for delivering all terrestrial and celestial action entirely in correct image orientation and in a comfortable viewing position. The basic outfit also includes a collapsible, aluminum legged-tripod. 20 mm and 10mm eyepieces supply two basic magnifications (20x and 40x). This scope of supply is is fully apt to observe the surrounding landscape during the day, to see the moon with its craters in stunning detail, to identify the most prominent deep sky objects such as globular clusters, the M31 Andromeda-Galaxy, the M2 Orion-Nebula and many more. The high range of magnifications makes this combo very well suited for planetary observation of Jupiter and Saturn – the rings of Saturn are a spectacular sight. But the best sight is the price for all this: € 115.- Solar System Edition In addition to the goodies above, the best is yet to come. Two most important accessories make this traveling telescope truly irresistable: The Baader Solar Filter ASSF 80, equipped with genuine Astrosolar® Safety Film 5.0 at a unit value of EUR 49. Makes the telescope a fun, to start astronomy in bright daylight, observing sunspots andget a glimpse of the underlying solar granulation. The ASSF is the first and only solar filter featuring a set of safety straps supplied to securely fasten the filter onto the front end of this telescope. Solar observation in complete safety – that is the prime goal in this case. It changes the game of daytime observation to have a filter securely mounted onto the telescope. No bad feeling any more resting in the back of your mind when thinking about the incredible amount of energy entering into the eye when using unsafe mounting options as a solar filter. A 4 mm Celestron eyepiece at a value of EUR 23.- offering 100x magnification and perfectly completing the eyepiece line and available magnifications. With this you can really see the famous four “galileian moons” never ending circling around Jupiter – as well as Jupiter´s atmospheric belts, the handle-shaped rings around Saturn, the waxing and vaning shape of Venus as well as the white caps of the Martian poles. Start your journey into space from here. Get a fully equipped giant observation tool for Day&Night exploration – and a tele-lens for your smart phone as well.
Extend the original cable (4m) by connecting this weatherproof extension cable (4.5m). It will be easier to put your solar panel in an appropriate place to maximize sun light exposure.
Omegon LE Planetary eyepieces – powerful eyepieces for star-studded excursions through the night skyThese eyepieces offer an extraordinary combination of elegance and top optical performance to enhance your observations. The LE Planetary eyepieces from Omegon have been engineered for extremely high sharpness and contrast at levels not found in this class. The Omegon LE Planetary eyepieces have an outstanding optical design that caters precisely to the needs of stargazers.Even with Newton telescopes with a fast lens, the LE Planetary eyepieces offer absolute distortion-free images up to the extremes of the field of view. These 1.25” eyepieces are available in focal lengths of 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12.5mm, 14.5mm and 18mm.Their interior design is comprised of seven lens elements in four groups (18 mm model: five elements in three groups). All lens edges are blackened and glass/air surfaces coated with a multi-layer, high-impact anti-reflex coating. One major difference from traditional eyepieces is the long, 20mm interocular distance, which provides a very pleasant viewing experience. Even spectacle wearers can observe the entire field of view. The apparent field of view is 55°.Compared with similar eyepieces, tests produced greater transparency and more brilliant images with a dark sky background and no interfering stray light. The interior aperture system makes a decisive contribution to reducing stray light. All focal lengths have eyepieces 21 mm across. Omegon LE Planetary eyepieces don’t just artificially enlarge the field of view on its edges, but display a real field without much distortion to the edge area.Using the LE Planetary eyepieces, the exact optical axis does not need to be maintained during observation. The observation is not impaired through vibrations when you look into the device, since there is no vignetting – also known as the kidney bean effect.
TS-Optics 35 mm Ultra-Flat-Field Eyepiece with 69° Field of ViewThe 2" ultra flat field eyepiece convinced with a very high standard of quality and a modern 6-element design. The optics is designed in a way that the field curvature is largely eliminated. The eyepiece is suited for all telescopes with a focal ratio of f/5 or slower. With faster telescopes the exit pupil would become too large, so light would be wasted. Further features of the TS UFL35: ♦ Special ED glasses for very good color correction♦ Adjustable metal eyecup with rubber ring as support for eyeglasses♦ Fully multi-coated with 99.98% transmission for maximum image brightness♦ Elaborate internal baffle system against stray light and reflections at the edge♦ Absolutely flat field without distorsion. The moon, for example, stays round even at the edge of the field and is not warped into an oval.♦ Smooth 2" barrel with conical upper part without safety notch - no tilting in focusers with compression ring

The Browning Strike Force HD is one of the three visible infrared flash models of Browning (along with the Range Ops HD and the Recon Force FULL HD). The main difference between the Strike Force HD and the Range Ops HD is its size and battery capacity. the Strike Force HD is a bit smaller and runs on 6 AA batteries. The main difference with the Recon Force FULL HD is again its size and battery capacity, but also its video resolution. The Strike Force HD is a bit smaller and can record videos in 720P HD resolution, while the Recon Force FULL HD can record videos in 1080p FULL HD resolution. So if you are looking for a small, high-quality, fast and reliable trail camera that can record both photos and videos for a low price, this is one of your best options. The Browning Strike Force HD has a visible infrared flash. This trail camera has a fast response and recovery time and can record both photos and videos. The videos are shot in 720p HD resolution. The camera runs up to 6 months on 6 AA batteries (we recommend Duracell Industrial Alkaline or Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries). The Browning Strike Force HD works with SDHC memory cards (we recommend to select Class 10 or higher) that are able to write the 720p HD videos to the card quickly. Browning has 4 other models in their range, all of which are available at our shop. The main differences between the models are in the type of flash (invisible or visible infrared), the dimensions (some models are smaller and run on 6 batteries while others are somewhat larger and run on 8 batteries), and the video resolution (720p HD or 1080p FULL HD). Finally, there are small differences between the models in response and recovery times. Browning trail cameras are a good alternative to Bushnell trail cameras. They are a bit cheaper, not as fast as the newest 2015 Bushnell models, and at night the videos last up to 10 seconds at a time (while during the day the videos can be up to 2 minutes at a time) while Bushnell cameras can record videos of up to 1 minute during day and night. However, generally the quality of nighttime recordings (photo and video) is better for Browning camera traps than for Bushnell cameras. NOTE: ALL CAMERAS ARE SOLD STAND ALONE WITHOUT THE NECESSARY ACCESSORIES FOR GETTING STARTED. TO GET STARTED, YOU NEED AT LEAST A SET OF BATTERIES AND A SDHC MEMORY CARD. THESE AND OTHER ITEMS CAN BE EASILY ADDED TO YOUR ORDER BY TICKING THE OPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF THE SHORT PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OR BY VISITING THE ACCESSORIES PAGE.
