The all-new GALAX Serious Gaming Edition has equipped with 1-Clip Booster, which can be installed at the back plate and it is the precision and quality that win. When the fan is at the back the PCB is in fact much shorter than the cooler and the key is to allow air to flow as easy as they could, therefore GALAX built larger holes that allows air to flow through to fulfil the first requirement. Apart from that, the advantage of adding a fan on the back plate, the 1-Clip booster fan design sucks the air out instead of blowing the air in, creating a technically-correct push-pull cooling effects. During the development of the EIsblock Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 graphic card GPU block, we wanted to further increase the performance. The first step was to move the cooler closer to the individual components by reducing the thermal pads to a thickness of 1 mm. Next, we reduced the thickness of the nickel-plated copper block. Instead of 7 mm, it is now only 5.5 mm thick. The water flow inside the cooler has also been optimized. All important components such as the voltage transformers and the memory are now significantly better and more effectively cooled by the water. All this ensures a significant increase in cooling performance. New Design! The Eisblock Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 cooler has been designed so that lighting is more important than the previous models. The addressable digital RGB LEDs are embedded directly into the cooling block and run along the entire cooling block. The effect is an illumination of the entire cooling block. No corner or edge remains unlit by the aRGB LEDs. The new design is more angular with all edges bevelled. This promotes better light diffusion in the water cooler due to the reflections on these bevels. In addition, they create various contours, which give the Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 Eisblock cooler its very own unique identity. Copper or Aluminium? Of course, Alphacool only uses copper for its water coolers. With the Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 Eisblock, the copper is nickel-plated. Compared to its predecessor models, Alphacool has improved the nickel plating even further, which has considerably increased the acid resistance. This means that the nickel should resist flaking. Why does Alphacool rely on copper instead of aluminium? Simply, copper has almost twice the thermal conductivity of aluminium and is therefore clearly the better material for water cooling. Is There Anything Else New? The Eisblock Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 also relies on the new patented stop fittings, which sit flush with the surface of the terminal. The Alphacool logo now sits in the corner on the top and is also fully illuminated. On the front of the terminal you can see the corresponding names of the compatible graphic card types. Of course, these are also fully illuminated by the digital LEDs. IN and OUT are now marked by small triangles. They are easily recognizable and fit perfectly into the entire aesthetics of the graphic card water cooler. The Alphacool Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 Plexi is a complete redevelopment of the previous Alphacool graphics card water coolers. No technical compromises were made, but the entire technical know-how flowed into the development and implementation. The kryographics NEXT RTX 3080 / 3090 from Aqua Computer, is a complete graphics card cooler for the reference design of the Nvidia RTX 3080 or RTX 3090. The copper base of the cooler is in contact with all the components of the graphics card to be cooled. In addition, the cooler has a stainless steel jetplate for excellent cooling performance and wide channels for low flow resistance. The cooler is rounded off by its attractive acrylic glass cover, which reveals the view of the cooling liquid, in contrast to the black frame, made of anodised aluminium. The appearance is even more impressive when the 15 addressable RGBpx LEDs illuminate the interior and the outer edge. For this purpose, the kryographics NEXT must be connected to an Aqua Computer device with RGBpx output or a mainboard with compatible output. Important: The delivery does not include a graphics card. The cooler is delivered without connectors, therefore suitable connectors are still needed. EK-Quantum Vector RTX 3080/3090 D-RGB water block is compatible with most reference designs (not Founders Edition) GeForce RTX 3080 and 3090 graphics cards. It is specially designed with a much thicker copper base to reduce the high capacitors of most reference design graphics cards. This gives the water block the advantage of a wider compatibility list without restricting the flow of coolant. EK water block for Nvidia 3080 and 3090 reference board The Vector water block directly cools the GPU, the VRAM and the VRM (voltage control module), as a cooling liquid is passed directly over these critical areas. The water block is in contact with MOSFETs and chokes to maximise cooling and minimise the risk of coil howl. These newly developed water blocks have optimised flow paths that reduce hydrodynamic instabilities and turbulence (dead spots) inside them. In addition, this new design allows the connector to be screwed directly onto the copper cold plate of the GPU block, making it stiffer and reducing the risk of damage to the water block. The EK-Quantum Vector series water blocks use an open split-flow cooling motor design that has proven to be the superior solution for GPU water blocks. It features low hydraulic flow restriction, which means it can be used with weaker water pumps or low speed pumps and still achieve peak performance. The geometry of the nozzle plate and fin structure has been optimised to ensure even flow distribution with minimal losses and optimum performance in any orientation of the coolant flow. The Fin Array is equipped with 27 micro fins with 0.5 mm wide micro-channels that provide optimum cooling performance without unnecessary flow restrictions or risk of clogging. EK water block for Nvidia reference board 3080 and 3090 The base of the block is CNC-milled from nickel-plated electrolytic copper, while the top is CNC-milled from glass-like cast acrylic glass. These 2nd generation Vector GPU water blocks also have Plexiglas connectors to match the top cover. The watertight seal is ensured by high quality EPDM O-rings, while brass spacers are pre-installed for a safe and easy installation process. D-RGB lighting on EK-Quantum Vector RTX 3080/3090 D-RGB water block The aesthetic end piece houses the addressable D-RGB LED strip. This water block has a total of 5 individually addressable RGB LEDs and is compatible with the common RGB synchronisation technologies of all major motherboard manufacturers. The arrow marking on the 3-pin D-RGB LED connector must be aligned with the +5V marking on the D-RGB (addressable) pin header. Back plate for the water block 3080/3090 EK recommends the purchase of a retention backplate that improves the overall aesthetics of your graphics cards and also provides additional passive cooling for the GPU core, VRAM on the 3090 cards and the back of the VRM area of the board.
