The retrofittable classic m10 roller shutter motor from HOMEPILOT is a self-learning tubular motor with a soft stop. It can be installed in a particularly time- and cost-saving manner because it does not require teaching in the end points or a learning journey. The motor recognizes when it has reached its end points, even on the first trip. The motor has precise position detection and torque monitoring and, thanks to integrated blocking detection, protects the blind from damage in both directions. The motor also has particularly sensitive and gentle obstacle detection. For example, if a chair has been forgotten under the patio door and the motor is operated, it detects the obstacle, stops and turns a little in the opposite direction. This prevents expensive damage to the roller shutter shell, the motor or even the obstacles. It can also be connected in parallel and has a snap-in universal motor head, which enables installation without tools and ensures high compatibility with other systems. The classic m10 roller shutter motor has automatic curtain length compensation. With automatically learned end points, this ensures that the roller shutter opens completely at all times, even when the material ages and there are strong temperature fluctuations. Installation is easy and saves time. All that is required for self-learning is rigid shaft connectors or fastening springs as well as stoppers or a stopper bar.
