Sunlu ASA Filament (Gray)

Sunlu ASA Filament (Gray)SUNLU ASA is a high-quality engineering filament designed for outdoor applications and demanding functional projects. It combines exceptional resistance to UV radiation, rain, and high temperatures with superior mechanical strength and durability. As a result, prints retain their color, shape, and properties even after prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions. The material outperforms PLA and ABS in terms of resistance and longevity, offering excellent layer adhesion and dimensional stability. A diameter precision of ±0.02 mm and smooth, clog-free extrusion guarantee high print quality—both visually and technically.Designed for outdoor use – reliability in all conditionsSUNLU ASA is the ideal choice if you need a material that can withstand real-world conditions. Whether you’re designing parts exposed to sunlight, moisture, or fluctuating temperatures, ASA ensures long-lasting durability without fading or warping. A high heat deflection temperature (96°C) and UV resistance make prints ideal for automotive, electronics, landscaping, and outdoor installations. It’s a material that doesn’t let you down where durability matters.Strength and precision that translate into the final resultThanks to its high strength (50 MPa), impact resistance, and robust structure, SUNLU ASA allows you to create parts that withstand mechanical stress and long-term use. At the same time, the material is optimized for printing—recommended temperatures of 250–280°C and a build plate of 80–100°C ensure a stable process without excessive warping. The ability to operate across a wide speed range (50–200 mm/s) offers flexibility in producing both precise details and larger projects. This is a filament for those who expect professional quality and full control over the result.
