IMOU N118W Must

IMOU N118W 18-Channel IP Video Recorder The IMOU N118W is a Wi-Fi network video recorder that supports up to 18 channels and offers a throughput of 90 Mbps, ensuring stable video recording from multiple cameras simultaneously. It is equipped with four high-gain external antennas and dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), which guarantee wide coverage and reliable transmission even in larger spaces. Support for H.265/H.264 compression, 4K video output via HDMI, and the ability to install a hard drive up to 16 TB make this a comprehensive monitoring center that combines high-quality recordings with large storage capacity. Stable connectivity and full signal coverage Four external antennas effectively amplify the signal, allowing the recorder to reach hard-to-reach areas and ensure a stable connection with the cameras. Support for the Wi-Fi 6 standard and dual-band operation (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) translates to better compatibility and smoother data transmission. Additionally, the device supports both wireless and wired connections via a 10/100 Mbps RJ-45 port, providing flexibility in monitoring system configuration. Simple installation and quick camera pairing IMOU’s automatic camera pairing feature significantly reduces system setup time. The recorder automatically detects compatible devices and connects them to the system, eliminating the need for manual configuration. Support for the ONVIF standard enhances integration capabilities with third-party devices, allowing for the creation of more complex surveillance systems. Advanced video and playback capabilities The IMOU N118W supports H.265 and H.264 codecs, which reduce disk space usage while maintaining high-quality recordings. It offers 4-channel playback at resolutions up to 8 MP at 15 fps or 5 MP at 30 fps, as well as fast-forward playback (2x, 4x, 8x, 16x) and smart search functions. Local preview and various display modes (1, 4, 8, 9, 10 channels) facilitate real-time monitoring. Clear image and wide display compatibility The recorder is equipped with HDMI and VGA outputs, allowing for easy connection to most monitors available on the market. HDMI supports resolutions up to 4K, while VGA supports up to 1080p, so you can adjust the display settings to suit your needs and existing equipment. The MP4 recording format facilitates archiving and later playback of recordings. Two-way communication without additional devices The built-in microphone and speaker allow for real-time conversations without the need to install additional audio accessories. The Two-Way Audio feature is ideal wherever a quick response is crucial—both at home and in the office. Smart features, remote management, and convenient archiving The IMOU app for iOS and Android allows for full management of the recorder from anywhere. Users can view live camera feeds, manage recordings, and adjust settings on the go. The system supports intelligent motion, person, and vehicle detection, which enhances monitoring effectiveness and simplifies event analysis. The ability to update remotely also ensures access to the latest features. The device supports a single SATA hard drive with a capacity of up to 16 TB, allowing for long-term storage of video footage. Backups can be saved to USB drives, making it easy to transfer and secure data. Thanks to efficient compression and ample storage space, you don’t have to worry about running out of memory quickly.
