Aquacomputer airplex modularity system 140 mm, aluminum fins, D5 pump, stainless steel side panels The airplex modularity system is a fully modular radiator system for water cooling systems and shows competence and know-how of the 10 years of company history at Aqua Computer. The most important features of the airplex modularity summarized: - Fully modular system - Extremely high cooling performance - Very compact - shorter than most other radiators for the same fan site and only 146mm wide - Indefinitely expandable in all dimensions - No solder residue due to solder-free manufacturing - Completely demountable for thorough cleaning - System with multiple loops possible in one radiator - Optimal flow / parallel tubing - No lacquer coating for perfect thermal transfer - Pump modules with reservoir available - Many colours for side panel available (Brushed stainless steel, black aluminium, blue, red) - Fins optimized for low fan speeds and excellent passive cooling performance - No ignoble materials in contact with the coolant, only copper and stainless steel - CC-manufactured components made from Delrin and stainless steel - Highest precision on the individual components ensures easy mounting - Riveted-in threads for fan mounting - Large range of accessories available (Reservoirs, pump modules, feet, filter, sensors, ...) - Tested for pressures of up to 0,8 bar - Copper fins available for maximum performance in compact dimensions The system is based on a fin package with 21 copper tubes and pressed-on stainless steel flanges. On both sides of the fin package Delrin terminals are integrated. These terminals create a safe seal with the stainless steel flanges with a gasket ring and are screwed together. The Delrin terminals have integrated connection terminals which are lowered from the surface and have a round spacing above the thread. This spacing allows a connection adaptor to be pushed in two connect two radiator modules directly without any tubing pieces. The orientation of the radiator to each other determines the flow direction of the coolant: When connected side by side the connected radiators are connected serially, horizontally stacked radiators create a parallel flow set-up. Additionally the system can also grow in length indefinitely. For this the fin packages are connected via optional Delrin connection modules. Radiators in all lengths use the same Delrin Terminals, only the side panels and fin packages are different, hence by buying the components, a radiator can be rebuilt and modified. All sizes have a width of 146mm and hence fit perfetly into 5.25". The height of the radiator in standard configuration (without the pump module) is 63.5mm and the length is 44mm longer than the according fan (e.g. 3x120mm fans -> Length is 360+44mm = 404mm). The connection threads are G1/4" in size and all 1/4" fittings from our shop can be used with the system. With the airplex modularity system. It is now possible for the first time to operate two separate loops in one radiator with the airplex modularity system. On radiators operated this way the cooling surface is split approximately at a 70:30 ratio between the primary respective secondary loop. This allows extremely compact two-loop cooling systems, to allow e.g. separate cooling of the heat-sensitive HDDs from the CPU and graphics card. The two cooling loops are completely separated from each other, mixing of the coolant is completely impossible. By equipping the system with an optional pump module an extremely compact and easy to handle water cooling system can be realized. The offered radiators with pump module have the reservoir and pump already integrated directly into the Delrin terminal of the radiator. Depending on the type it even features an USB fan controller with water temperature measuring and optionally flow meter and/ or water filter. An especially interesting feature is the Compact 600 pump module in the 12V version: It is equipped with the proven ceramic bearing from Aqua computer and allows whisper-quiet operation as well as many monitoring and control options via the integrated pump controller with USB interface. Mounting of a flow sensor and filter is easily possible and can be done quickly and hassle-free. Extent of delivery: One radiator with reservoir and pump, assembled and ready to use | 0 | Vaata

Aquacomputer aquainlet PRO 100 ml, G1/4 The reservoirs aquainlet PRO and aquainlet XT are designed to be directly mounted onto an aquastream XT or Eheim 1046 pump. The design is perfectly matched to the pump, after installation pump and reservoir form a virtually seamless unit. In particular, the mounting rails of the pump are extended into the reservoir, which for the first time allows for the mounting plate to be installed beneath the center of gravity. This is especially helpful when using rubber decouplers or a shoggy sandwich. When installed onto the suction port of the pump, an o-ring seals the connection between pump and reservoir and two latches secure the reservoir to the pump housing, preventing accidental release of the bayonet coupling between pump cover and pump housing. Two connection threads for the return line located at the front and the side of the unit allow for flexible installation options and are paticularly useful if the reservoir is to be installed with limited space. The reservoirs aquainlet PRO and aquainlet XT are closely related to the aqualis series and are also equipped with a borosilicate glass tube. In contrast to acrylic glass, which is often used for tube reservoirs, borosilicate glass is extremele hard and scratch-resistant, features superb thermal and chemical resistance and a very low thermal expansion. The glass tube has an outer diameter of 50 mm and a wall thickness of 5 mm. Base and top of the aquainlet reservoirs are made from Delrin and connected by a stainless steel rod. The aquainlet XT variants feature an acrylic window in the base part and one LED (5 mm size) can be installed into the base part. Additionally, the XT variants feature an electronic fill level sensor with USB and aquabus interface, a programmable alarm output and an external temperature sensor input. For monitoring and configuration, the aquasuite software can be downloaded free of charge. In addition to the USB interface, the 4-pin aquabus interface can be used to directly connect the fill level sensor to an aquaero 5 controller (not included in delivery). The alarm output can be configured to be used as a rpm signal to be connected to a fan connector with fault detection (for example motherboard fan headers) or to be used as a switched output for example to connect a LED. Fill level and external temperature sensor input can be configured to raise an alarm. The external temperature sensor input is compatible with all Aqua Computer temperature sensors. All variants are also available with a nano coating that will cause water to roll off the inner surface of the borosilicate glass tube. Technical details: Dimensions without pump: approx. 56 x 67 x 153 mm Filling volume: approx. 100 ml Connection threads: G1/4 Compatible to the following pumps: - aquastream XT - Eheim 1046 and pumps identical in construction Scope of delivery: One Reservoir Three sealing screws G1/4 (preinstalled) Please note: Fittings and pump are not included in delivery, please order seperately. | 0 | Vaata

Aquacomputer airplex modularity system 280 mm, aluminum fins, D5 pump, stainless steel side panels The airplex modularity system is a fully modular radiator system for water cooling systems and shows competence and know-how of the 10 years of company history at Aqua Computer. Aquacomputer aqualis ECO, G1/4 All reservoirs of the aqualis series are equipped with a borosilicate glass tube. In contrast to acrylic glass, which is often used for tube reservoirs, borosilicate glass is extremele hard and scratch-resistant, features superb thermal and chemical resistance and a very low thermal expansion. The glass tube of the 450 ml and 880 ml variants has an outer diameter of 75 mm and a wall thickness of 5 mm. Base and top of the aqualis reservoirs are made from Delrin and connected by a stainless steel tube. As a optical highlight, a fountain effect can be realized. If the return line is connected to the center connector of the reservoir, the water flows through the stainless steel tube to the top of the reservoir, where it is ejected through eight nozzles. In combination with illumination, this is a real eye catcher effect. A thin acrylic plate near to the bottom of the reservoir reduces air ingestion to a minimum. Alternatively, the return line can be connected to a lateral connector of the reservoir, the water then exits directly from the base part. For this configuration, a deflector plate is included in delivery to ensure can be installed to effectively remove air from the water circuit. The aqualis PRO 450/880 ml variants additionally feature an acrylic window in the base part and up to six LEDs (5 mm size) can be installed into the base part. The PRO variants can be upgraded with an electronic fill level sensor at a later date. The aqualis XT 450/880 ml variants feature the same acrylic window and LED mounting as the PRO variants. Additionally, the XT variants feature an electronic fill level sensor with USB and aquabus interface, a programmable alarm output and an external temperature sensor input. For monitoring and configuration, the aquasuite software can be downloaded free of charge. In addition to the USB interface, the 4-pin aquabus interface can be used to directly connect the fill level sensor to an aquaero 5/6 controller (not included in delivery). All variants are also available with nano coating that will cause water to roll off the inner surface of the borosilicate glass tube. Technical details Dimensions without stainless steel bracket: approx. 80 x 80 x 190 mm Filling volume: approx. 450 ml Connection threads: G1/4 Scope of delivery One Reservoir One stainless steel bracket One stainless steel deflector plate Two sealing screws G1/4 (preinstalled) Monting material Please note Fittings are not included in delivery, please order seperately. | 0 | Vaata

Extent of delivery: One radiator, assembled and ready to use | 0 | Vaata

Aquacomputer aqualis PRO 880 ml with nano coating and LED holder, G1/4 All reservoirs of the aqualis series are equipped with a borosilicate glass tube. In addition to the USB interface, the 4-pin aquabus interface can be used to directly connect the fill level sensor to an aquaero 5 controller (not included in delivery). Aquacomputer aquainlet XT 100 ml with nano coating, fill level measurement and lighting option, G1/4 The reservoirs aquainlet PRO and aquainlet XT are designed to be directly mounted onto an aquastream XT or Eheim 1046 pump. Aquacomputer Pressure sensor mps pressure Delta 1000 The pressure sensors of the mps pressure series can be useful for a variety of situations. Foremost they can be used as fill level sensors for virtuelly any type and size of reservoir. In this configuration, the sensor detects the pressure generated by the water column inside the reservoir. The sensor must be installed on the same height or lower than the bottom of the reservoir and one port of the sensor ist connected to one of the bottom inlets of the reservoir. Additionally, either the second port of the sensor has to be connected to a top port of the reservoir or a pressure equalisation membrane has to be installed in a top port of the reservoir. Fittings and membrane are not included in delivery and have to be bought seperately! Another field of application is differential pressure measurement across filter elements to monitor residues and clogging as a much more precise maintenance indicator than optical inspection. Accordingly, residues and clogging in micro structure coolers can be monitored. A differential pressure measurement between inlet and outlet of a pump can be used for operation monitoring and provide valuable information for hardware testers. All mps pressure sensors feature an integrated microcontroller with USB and aquabus interface, a programmable alarm output and an external temperature sensor input. For monitoring and configuration, the aquasuite software can be downloaded free of charge. In addition to the USB interface, the 4-pin aquabus interface can be used to directly connect the flow sensor to an aquaero 5 controller (not included in delivery).
