The EK-Quantum Vector Trio RTX 3080/3090 D-RGB GPU cooler, has been further developed based on the 2nd generation Vector series and designed for the MSI Trio and Suprim RTX 3080 and 3090 graphics cards. The Vector water block directly cools the GPU, the VRAM and the VRM (voltage regulation module), as the cooling liquid is routed directly over these critical areas. The base of the block is made of nickel-plated copper, while the top is made of acrylic. Furthermore, the cooler has D-RGB lighting, with a total of 9 individually addressable LEDs, which makes the interior shine pleasantly. The lighting is compatible with all common RGB sync technologies of the major motherboard manufacturers, such as ASRock Polychrome Sync, ASUS Aura Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion and MSI Mystic Light. Since the GPU cooler does not have a backplate, it is recommended to order a matching backplate. The Alphacool Aurora Acryl RADEON RX 6800/6900(XT) Eisblock combines style with performance and extensive digital RGB lighting. With experience of over 16 years, Alphacool the ability to create GPU blocks that represent high quality and fantastic performance. This perfectly describes the Aurora Acryl GPX Eisblock More Performance! During the development of the EIsblock Aurora RADEON RX 6800/6900(XT) graphic card GPU block, we wanted to further increase the performance. The first step was to move the cooler closer to the individual components by reducing the thermal pads to a thickness of 1 mm. Next, we reduced the thickness of the nickel-plated copper block. Instead of 7 mm, it is now only 5.5 mm thick. The water flow inside the cooler has also been optimized. All important components such as the voltage transformers and the memory are now significantly better and more effectively cooled by the water. All this ensures a significant increase in cooling performance. New Design! The Eisblock Aurora RADEON RX 6800/6900(XT) cooler has been designed so that lighting is more important than the previous models. The addressable digital RGB LEDs are embedded directly into the cooling block and run along the entire cooling block. The effect is an illumination of the entire cooling block. No corner or edge remains unlit by the aRGB LEDs. The new design is more angular with all edges bevelled. This promotes better light diffusion in the water cooler due to the reflections on these bevels. In addition, they create various contours, which give the Aurora RADEON RX 6800/6900(XT) Eisblock cooler its very own unique identity. Copper or Aluminium? Of course, Alphacool only uses copper for its water coolers. With the Aurora RADEON RX 6800/6900(XT) Eisblock, the copper is nickel-plated. Compared to its predecessor models, Alphacool has improved the nickel plating even further, which has considerably increased the acid resistance. This means that the nickel should resist flaking. Why does Alphacool rely on copper instead of aluminium? Simply, copper has almost twice the thermal conductivity of aluminium and is therefore clearly the better material for water cooling. Is There Anything Else New? The Eisblock Aurora RADEON RX 6800/6900(XT) also relies on the new patented stop fittings, which sit flush with the surface of the terminal. The Alphacool logo now sits in the corner on the top and is also fully illuminated. On the front of the terminal you can see the corresponding names of the compatible graphic card types. Of course, these are also fully illuminated by the digital LEDs. IN and OUT are now marked by small triangles. They are easily recognizable and fit perfectly into the entire aesthetics of the graphic card water cooler. Alphacool Eisschicht Ultra Soft thermal pad 3W/mk 50x50x3mm
The Alphacool Ultra soft Eisschicht is the next step in terms of thermal pads. Due to their outstanding properties, they can almost be compared directly to thermal paste. This is because the Ultra Soft Eisschicht moulds itself and clings much better to components, which contributes to excellent cooling performance. Better than standard thermal pads? The material of the Ultra Soft thermal pads acts similar to a thermal paste. While normal thermal pads are only pressed together by the contact pressure there can be areas that are uneven due to different high components, making them less effective. With the ultra soft Eisschicht this problem doesn’t exist because the material distributes itself similar to thermal paste and thus prevents the highest components from being subjected to increased contact pressure by the cooler. As standard thermal pads are quite stiff they can also cause too much pressure on components. In the worst cases, this can cause the PCB to bend and even break. Due to the soft consistency of the Ultra Soft Eisschicht any excess material can spread out rather than cause problems. The Ultra Soft Eisschicht is not only performance orientated, but also safer! But this is not the only advantage! Moreover, the special material cannot dry out. Usually the silicone in thermal pads bleeds out over time. This makes them hard and the performance of the pads drops rapidly from a certain point. This is not the case with the Ultra Soft Eisschicht. They can be used over a much longer period of time without significantly losing performance. A thermal pad with fabric? The consistency of the heat conducting material is similar to a viscous heat conducting paste. A special fabric is embedded so that the material remains stable and can be used as a thermal pad. This ensures a perfect distribution of the material if the element to be cooled has an uneven shape. Examples include voltage transformers, VRam and similar electronic components of all kinds that require cooling. Cutting? No problem! To cut the thermal pads to size, you should definitely leave the foil on the pads. So the pads can easily be cut to size with a pair of scissors. This is just as easy as cutting paper. The cut edges remain perfectly clean and do not fray. The Alphacool Aurora Acryl GPX-A 6800(XT) Eisblock combines style with performance and extensive digital RGB lighting. With experience of over 16 years, Alphacool the ability to create GPU blocks that represent high quality and fantastic performance. During the development of the EIsblock Aurora GPX-A 6800(XT) graphic card GPU block, we wanted to further increase the performance. The first step was to move the cooler closer to the individual components by reducing the thermal pads to a thickness of 1 mm. Next, we reduced the thickness of the nickel-plated copper block. Instead of 7 mm, it is now only 5.5 mm thick. The water flow inside the cooler has also been optimized. All important components such as the voltage transformers and the memory are now significantly better and more effectively cooled by the water. Why does Alphacool rely on copper instead of aluminium? Simply, copper has almost twice the thermal conductivity of aluminium and is therefore clearly the better material for water cooling. Is There Anything Else New? The Eisblock Aurora GPX-A 6800(XT) also relies on the new patented stop fittings, which sit flush with the surface of the terminal. The Alphacool logo now sits in the corner on the top and is also fully illuminated. On the front of the terminal you can see the corresponding names of the compatible graphic card types. Of course, these are also fully illuminated by the digital LEDs. IN and OUT are now marked by small triangles. They are easily recognizable and fit perfectly into the entire aesthetics of the graphic card water cooler. The Alphacool Eisblock ES Acetal GPX-N Quadro RTX A600 was specially developed for the Alphacool Enterprise series. The full-cover cooler with aluminium backplate cools the GPU and all important components such as voltage converters and the graphics memory directly with water. Connections to the rear? Server cases offer different dimensions than normal PC cases. To save space in width and height, the connections were moved to the back. Another advantage is that it is easier to connect the tubing of a complete server rack with this kind of positioning of the connections. Alphacool's new Laing Low Noise Edition for absolute silence! The well-known Laing DDC pumps are getting a new addition. Though freshly packaged, this pump can begin its life with lots of self-confidence. A few details have been changed. First, we held back a little in performance in order to solve a widespread problem: the volume! Few other pumps can match this one in terms of reducing noise generation from water. For the most up-to-date water cooling systems with CPU and GPU cooling, this pump should be the first choice. Unlike before, this pump does not come in the familiar plastic casing. It has an all-new perfectly tailored brass case gracing its exterior. This new case ensures a longer lifespan for the pump. Air flows through the cooling fins, then over an interior thermal pad directly to the pump board. Another feature is the included decoupling option. With the special M4 screws, the included decoupling can be screwed into the head of the screws and then attached to the case. The innovation in this set is that it uses the V.2 of the Alphacool "Eisdecken", which provides you the options of three G1/4" connections for the inlet and two G1/4" connections for the outlet. Alphacool is making great strides with the new NexXxoS GPX coolers! This new cooling concept offers optimal performance and quality at a reasonable price! Function The GPU is actively cooled through the ingenious new injection technology. All the other chips are sufficiently cooled through the passive cooler in which the GPU water cooler is enclosed. Cross Slot Structure The cross slot technology in the base plate, patented in 2004 and used in the Alphacool NexXxoS XP, has been developed further. The fins and channel structure have been refined. The remaining panes are 0.5 x 0.5mm in size and 2.5mm tall. This enables a very large and fast rate of heat transfer from the copper to the coolant. SLI Operation Through the outside-facing inlet and outlet, this cooler can be used in SLI configurations with little difficulty. This way, up to four graphics cards can be connected with the Alphacool GPX SLI Connector. Backplate Every cooler now includes a backplate which uses little passive cooling fins to cool the graphics card again, as well as giving the graphics card a finished appearance and protecting it at the same time. Alphacool’s first RAM water block for a high-end water cooling loop! In a water cooling system, when completely eliminating the fans in the enclosure, the RAM modules should not be forgotten about. Especially when the air flow is completely coming to a standstill in the enclosure, the stock heatspreaders barely help any more in reducing the temperature. An active solution is needed! The most effective solution is the integration of the RAM modules into a water cooling loop. For this the Alphacool developers thought up a simple, but very effective solution. The great feature of this design is that the memory modules are cooled individually! This allows the cooling modules to be placed spaced apart. The water block is shipped with two thermal pads and is designed for double-sided memory modules, which have memory ICs on both sides. With the help of additional thermal pads, optionally available at our webshop, single-sided modules can also be cooled. For mounting three small screws at the side have to be loosened. Next remove the protective foil from the thermal pad and insert the RAM module with the thermal pad into the water block. Then prepare the second pad, put it on and fixate the cooler, done! The Rise Ultra Soft are Alphacool's performance oriented solution in the range of thermal pads. Due to their outstanding properties, they can almost be compared to a thermal paste. The Rise Ultra Soft thermal pads nestle much better to components, which contributes to a significant improvement in cooling performance. Better than standard thermal pads? The material of the Rise Ultra Soft heat thermal pads acts similar to thermal paste. The consistency of the pads prevents the highest components, such as voltage converters or VRMs, from being subjected to increased contact pressure from the cooler. In extreme cases, this pressure can cause PCBs to bend. The Rise Ultra Soft Pads fill unevenness much better, nestle better against the components and thus significantly increase the heat transfer between the cooler and the component. But that is not the only advantage! The special material also cannot dry out. Usually, the silicone of heat-conducting pads bleeds out over time. This makes them go hard and the performance of the pads drops rapidly after a certain point. This is not the case with the Rise Ultra Soft thermal pads. They can be used for a much longer period of time without significantly losing performance. Cutting to size? No problem! The Rise Ultra Soft are Alphacool's performance oriented solution in the range of thermal pads. Due to their outstanding properties, they can almost be compared to a thermal paste. The Rise Ultra Soft thermal pads nestle much better to components, which contributes to a significant improvement in cooling performance. Better than standard thermal pads? The material of the Rise Ultra Soft heat thermal pads acts similar to thermal paste. The consistency of the pads prevents the highest components, such as voltage converters or VRMs, from being subjected to increased contact pressure from the cooler. In extreme cases, this pressure can cause PCBs to bend. The Rise Ultra Soft Pads fill unevenness much better, nestle better against the components and thus significantly increase the heat transfer between the cooler and the component. But that is not the only advantage! The special material also cannot dry out. Usually, the silicone of heat-conducting pads bleeds out over time. This makes them go hard and the performance of the pads drops rapidly after a certain point. This is not the case with the Rise Ultra Soft thermal pads. They can be used for a much longer period of time without significantly losing performance. Cutting to size? No problem! When cutting the heat-conducting pads to size, it is essential to leave the foil on the pads. This makes it easy to cut the pads to size with scissors. This is just as easy as cutting paper. The cut edges remain perfectly clean and do not fray. The Alphacool Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 ROG Strix with Backplate combines style with performance and extensive digital RGB lighting. With experience of over 16 years, Alphacool the ability to create GPU blocks that represent high quality and fantastic performance. This perfectly describes the Aurora Acryl GPX Eisblock More Performance! During the development of the Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 ROG Strix graphic card GPU block, we wanted to further increase the performance. The first step was to move the cooler closer to the individual components by reducing the thermal pads to a thickness of 1 mm. Next, we reduced the thickness of the nickel-plated copper block. Instead of 7 mm, it is now only 5.5 mm thick. The water flow inside the cooler has also been optimized. All important components such as the voltage transformers and the memory are now significantly better and more effectively cooled by the water. All this ensures a significant increase in cooling performance. New Design! The Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 ROG Strix cooler has been designed so that lighting is more important than the previous models. The addressable digital RGB LEDs are embedded directly into the cooling block and run along the entire cooling block. The effect is an illumination of the entire cooling block. No corner or edge remains unlit by the aRGB LEDs. The new design is more angular with all edges bevelled. This promotes better light diffusion in the water cooler due to the reflections on these bevels. In addition, they create various contours, which give the Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 ROG Strix cooler its very own unique identity. Copper or Aluminium? Of course, Alphacool only uses copper for its water coolers. With the Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 ROG Strix, the copper is nickel-plated. Compared to its predecessor models, Alphacool has improved the nickel plating even further, which has considerably increased the acid resistance. This means that the nickel should resist flaking. Why does Alphacool rely on copper instead of aluminium? Simply, copper has almost twice the thermal conductivity of aluminium and is therefore clearly the better material for water cooling. Is There Anything Else New? The Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 ROG Strix also relies on the new patented stop fittings, which sit flush with the surface of the terminal. The Alphacool logo now sits in the corner on the top and is also fully illuminated. On the front of the terminal you can see the corresponding names of the compatible graphic card types. Of course, these are also fully illuminated by the digital LEDs. IN and OUT are now marked by small triangles. They are easily recognizable and fit perfectly into the entire aesthetics of the graphic card water cooler. The Alphacool Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 ROG Strix is a complete redevelopment of the previous Alphacool graphics card water coolers. No technical compromises were made, but the entire technical know-how flowed into the development and implementation.
