Hikvision DS-3E0310HP-E on Hikvisioni Pro-seeria võrguseadmete hulka kuuluv 8-portiline Power over Ethernet (PoE) kommutaator. See on mõeldud nii toite- kui ka võrguühenduse pakkumiseks ühe kaabli kaudu PoE-toega seadmetele nagu IP-kaamerad VoIP-telefonid ja traadita pääsupunktid. See lüliti sobib eriti hästi kasutamiseks IP-valvesüsteemides kus on vaja pikamaa-kaabliühendusi.
