The graphene thermal pads in the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series can be used excellently as an alternative to thermal pastes from the upper performance segment. Similar to the Carbonaut pads, they feature an adaptable surface with very high thermal conductivity. Compared to Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet as a high-end product offers significantly higher thermal conductivity. This increased thermal conductivity is due not only to the choice of materials, but also to the innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet contains no liquid components and is therefore not subject to normal aging, as is the case with traditional thermal paste. Drying out is not possible. What makes KryoSheet so special? The KryoSheet graphene pads feature a molecular structure stacked in the Z direction. This optimized structure enables outstanding and consistent thermal conductivity. This is made possible by a specially developed manufacturing process in which the hexagonal crystal structure of graphite is broken up along the basal plane in order to exploit the anisotropy of graphite's thermal conductivity.
