Elle est aujourd'hui célèbre dans le monde entier pour ses jeunes filles qui flottent dans des mondes intermédiaires et ses paysages cosmiques aux créatures hybrides fabuleuses qu'on a pu voir notamment au Kunstmuseum de Bâle ou au National Art Center de Tokyo. Au Japon, elle est célébrée comme une artiste à laquelle la plongée systématique dans l'art occidental a plus que tout permis de prendre de plus en plus conscience de sa culture d'origine et qui a trouvé la voie d'une synthèse des deux cultures unique en son genre. À la CFA Contemporary Fine Arts de Berlin, elle occupe aujourd'hui deux étages de la galerie et y présente des oeuvres de toutes ses périodes, jusqu'aux sculptures les plus récentes. Leiko Ikemura a d'abord étudié la littérature à Osaka et en Espagne avant d'entrer en 1973 au département de peinture de l'Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes à Séville. The long-term effects of these devices on oral health remain unclear. By enhancing our understanding, healthcare providers can deliver evidence-based advice to users and collaborate on creating strategies to reduce harm and safeguard oral health.
