GIGABYTE Z890 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 PLUS: high-performance ATX motherboard designed for modern Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors using the LGA 1851 socket. The Intel Z890 chipset, advanced power delivery, DDR5 support and extensive PCI Express connectivity make the board suitable for powerful gaming PCs, workstations and high-end desktop systems. The 16+1+2 Twin Digital VRM design with 60A DrMOS provides stable and efficient power delivery for demanding processors. A 2X copper PCB, large VRM heatsinks and Thermal Armor help maintain reliable temperatures during sustained workloads and intensive gaming sessions. Four DDR5 DIMM slots support up to 256 GB of system memory in dual-channel mode. The motherboard supports high-speed DDR5 modules with frequencies of up to 9466 MT/s and higher through overclocking, together with Intel XMP profiles for convenient memory tuning. Both standard UDIMM and CUDIMM modules are supported. The primary PCI Express x16 slot supports PCIe 5.0 and provides high bandwidth for modern graphics cards. Two additional full-length PCIe 4.0 slots operate electrically at x4 and can be used for expansion cards such as storage controllers, capture cards and additional network adapters. Integrated Realtek 5 Gigabit Ethernet provides fast wired network connectivity, while the Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE200 module supports the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands, 320 MHz channels and Multi-Link Operation. Bluetooth 5.4 is also integrated for wireless peripherals and accessories. The onboard Realtek ALC1220 audio codec provides high-quality 7.1-channel sound with support for DSD output and optical S/PDIF. The motherboard also offers extensive USB connectivity, including rear USB4 Type-C with DisplayPort support, USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and multiple internal headers for front-panel USB connections. GIGABYTE EZ-Latch mechanisms simplify graphics card and M.2 SSD installation, while M.2 Thermal Guard heatsinks help keep high-performance NVMe drives at optimal temperatures.
