Punkt-punkt ühenduseks tuleb CPE-režiimis VC-231G ja CO-režiimis VC-231G seadistada ühe konverteripaarina, et luua ühendus.ADSL2+ tagasilangusNende Interneti-teenusepakkujate jaoks, kes pakuvad endiselt ADSL-lairibateenust, võib VC-231G toetada ADSL2+ tehnoloogia abil kuni 24 Mbit/s edasisuunalist ja 1 Mbit/s ülesuunalist ülekandekiirust. VC-231G loob ühenduse ISPga ja seda saab pärast ISP võrgu uuendamist ka otse VDSL2-le üle lülitada.
